The following prospects, all from the NEPSAC, will each continue their atheltic careers at the D1 level with two heading to New York, one staying in Massachusetts, and one headed to the District of Columbia!

Abreau made his college plans official with an early commitment to Northeastern University. A high academic prospect, Abreau is one of the top perimeter shooters in the region. He's a good athlete that has solid positional size and a good feel for the game. He's a floor spacer first and foremost, with the ability to knock down shots in bunches. He's rounded out his game over the last year and provides a capable secondary ball handler in the back court. Defensively, he's capable of guarding either spot in the back court, using his length and athleticism to keep opposing ball handlers out of the paint. This should prove to be a good fit between prospect and school, as Abreau was a late riser this summer that still has his best basketball in front of him and could be a solid four-year player in the CAA.

Alekseyenko, one of the spring's top stock risers, came off the board with a commitment to Colgate University. A stock riser in our most recent rankings update and the MVP of the Made Hoops Circuit this summer, Alekseyenko went from a D3 priority recruit to a high level Division I prospect in the span of just months. He's a big, versatile forward that is comfortable handling the ball and making decisions to initiate offense. He can score by the rim, knock down standstill jumpers from behind the arc, and has the athleticism and strength to finish at or above the rim through contact. Defensively, his versatility again stands out as he moves well laterally and has the ability to guard up and down a lineup. Colgate did solid work in New England by gaining Alekseyenko's pledge and it should pay off as he profiles as a versatile forward that could make an immediate impact in the Patriot League.

Chaudhri put an end to his recruitment when he announced that he will be attending George Washington University. The Riverside Church wing spent the summer proving how versatile he was on both ends of the floor. He's a three level scorer that is a good athlete with some wiggle off the bounce. He can really knock down shots from behind the arc, and has proven capable of being a scorer either on or off the ball. He's continued to add new dimensions to his offensive game over the past few months and should only continue to improve with the assistance of a Division I strength and conditioning program. Defensively, he uses his length and quickness to be a disruptive on-ball defender that's also capable of providing rim protection from the weak side. Chaudhri is a quality recruit in the Atlantic 10 and should be able to carve out a role relatively quickly at George Washington.

Edmead followed up a strong summer by announcing that he would continue his academic and atheltic careers in New York, at Hofstra University. Edmead, who played his travel ball with the NY Rens, is a high IQ lead guard that has some serious shiftiness off the bounce. He's elite with the ball in his hands, can change direction quickly, and has a great feel for pace. He's a gifted scorer that uses craftiness to finish around the rim and consistently knocks down jumpers from behind the arc. He's a solid positional defender that loves to compete, can really move his feet laterally, and utilizes his quickness to create deflections and steals. Edmead returns to the comforts of home in New York and profiles as a terrific recruit for Hofstra, one that has a chance to make an immediate impact in the back court.
