Nobody does content and event coverage like Prep Hoops. We've been able to flex our muscles here in the month of September hosting three outstanding events featuring well over 300 prospects from across the Hoosier state. First, it was our annual Freshman Showcase and newly formed Sophomore ID Camp that we hosted back on Sunday, September 8th. Both events were a massive success. Then, on Sunday, September 22nd we hosted “The Expo” which featured juniors and seniors looking to gain exposure in front of college coaches. As always, our scouting staff will be releasing team-by-team evaluations highlighting every single prospect in attendance. However, first, let's take a look at some of the top individual performers from “The Expo.” CLICK HERE to read part one of our breakdown of top performers.

There has been some growing hype around this 6'4" prospect since the month of June when he suited up with Charlestown High School at the Charlie Hughes Showcase. After transferring from Jeffersonville, Fresh was able to step into a primary role with the Pirates and certainly looked ready to take over the reigns as a go-to scorer. That was the case on Sunday evening as well as he shot it well at The Expo while creating his own shot on the perimeter consistently. There is a lot to like about his combination of length, athleticism, and overall skill level.

One of a handful of Top 20 ranked Class of 2026 prospects that we had in attendance at The Expo, Hammel's talent certainly popped at different times throughout the event. There is a gear that he can switch into offensively that is hard for opponents to deal with. Hammel is explosive as a downhill driver with enough size and physical strength to play through contact as well. He shoots the ball better than he probably gets credit for as well. It will be interesting to see him step into more of a primary role for Kokomo High School this winter in the absence of the reigning Mr. Basketball and another Indiana All-Star.

We said it on Twitter during the event, but the list of shooters as good or better than this Terre Haute North High School prospect in the Class of 2026 is very, very short. Klopfenstein had a couple of stretches at The Expo where he simply took over the game from beyond the arc. He has great positional size at 6'6" and when you combine that with a quick, effortless release it makes it nearly impossible for defenders to take him away. The junior wing moves fluidly on the perimeter for his size and is posed for a breakout season. He is definitely one that scholarship schools at all levels should be getting to know.

In one of the 5-on-5 games that Mosley played on Sunday evening he absolutely went off offensively scoring the ball from all over the floor. The 5'9" point guard is so creative with the ball in his hands. He creates separation on the perimeter to be able to get his own shot and then can explode downhill where he finishes with a variety of floaters, pull-ups, and crafty layups against size. Mosley had a great sophomore year at Gary 21st Century High School and looks poised to continue to breakout this winter as a junior.

Summitt is a prospect that we've been high on here at Prep Hoops Indiana for some time now. He was excellent all spring and summer long on the Prep Hoops Circuit with [program_tooltip program_id='2485834' first='Indiana' last='Ambition'] and then stood out once again on Sunday at The Expo. The 6'3" wing is consistently one of the best perimeter defenders in any setting and can be truly impactful on that end of the floor. Offensively, he is excellent in transition and as a slasher/right hand driver in the half court. Summitt currently holds offers from DePauw, Hanover, and IU-Kokomo.

Teschendorf had the highlight of the event on Sunday evening when he turned heads with a big dunk through traffic. The 6'2" guard is such an explosive leaper off of two feet, but a lot of other people in the gym weren't aware of that until after that dunk. Currently holding offers from Manchester and Millikan, Teschendorf should step into a bigger role for Mt. Vernon (Fortville) High School and continue to garner more small college attention.
