In all, 65 prospects have been placed on the Watch List. They come from high schools and prep schools throughout New England and range from Top 100 prospects nationally all the way to regional, small college recruits.
These rankings include 31 prospects from Massachusetts, 17 from Connecticut, 10 from Rhode Island and 7 from New Hampshire.
Positionally, they include 9 point guards, 12 combo guards, 9 shooting guards, 20 small forwards, 8 power forwards, and 7 centers.
This is the first time we have highlighted the Class of 2027 in a rankings release and as such, we have decided to focus on listing, rather than ranking, these prospects. As these prospects continued to develop their games and we have more opportunities to view them in person, the Watch List will transition to a true Rankings board like you see with the classes of 2025 and 2026.
The rankings in New England always carry a good amount of fluctuation due to the high number of prep schools in the region, as a number of prospects transfer into New England or choose to reclassify each spring. While we have undoubtedly missed some of these changes, we hope to continue to make updates regarding player movement as we get closer to the start of the next school year.
Keep an eye on the site throughout the week as we highlight prospects to know in the backcourt, on the wing, and in the post!
