Gavin is one of those guards who does a little bit of everything on the floor. Offensively he was at his best as a facilitator. Playing around some talented scorers, he did a nice job of getting into the lane, forcing the defense to collapse, and then locating an open shooter with a kickout pass. He was able to rack up a few assists simply by keeping his head up while driving. Gavin provided an extra ball handling option for his team as he could handle it well under pressure, and did a nice job of competing on the glass at 6’1.
