About Collin
Expert Analysis
Max Rosenberg | Prep Hoops Scout
Paul almost finished with a double-double in the championship game totaling sixteen points and nine rebounds. The way he plays his game is larger than his measurements. A big guard who can mix it up in the post or stretch the floor on the wing, Paul also is a strong rebounder. Paul should see an even greater role next year as a focal point.

Coming into his senior season, Paul has some high D1 schools checking in as well. He looks to be the leader in the post for this squad. Showcasing his inside-outside game throughout the practice, he had a great catch-and-shoot three-pointer from the corner coming off a drive from Abaev which he knocked down with confidence. Paul also mixed it up in the middle keeping the ball alive for offensive rebounds or tipping it to a teammate if he couldn’t get a good grasp on it as it bounced off the rim. He already has a strong frame, and initiates contact with his defender and tries to finish strong every time in the paint.

Paul is a rim protector and a dominate rebounder for his size, as well as running the floor exceptionally well. He is a traditional back-to-the-basket type of player who has great footwork and hands on the interior. He is also gaining more confidence in his mid-range game and will look to expand his game into becoming a true three-level scoring threat. On the defensive end, Paul has expanded his range when it comes to guarding multiple positions as he has solid length where he can challenge shots at all three levels.
