1 Kendyl Sanders Kendyl Sanders 6'6" | PF St. Bernard | 2024 State CA-S – St Bernard 2025
Sanders is a player I saw before as a freshman and he looks ready to make a solid impact this season. He has good size and is somewhere between a forward and a small center. He has some solid defensive instincts, just needs to sharpen it a bit. He is very active on the glass. Gets in good position to grab boards and does a good job boxing out.
2 Xavier Edmonds Xavier Edmonds 6'8" | PF Bishop Montgomery | 2023 State #245 Nation CA-S – Bishop Montgomery 2023
Edmonds has come a long way since I first saw him play a couple years ago. He’s refined his game and become a legit college prospect. He’s strong inside and uses his frame to finish in the paint. Finishes well through contact. He can pass out of the post well. He looks for open teammates and can find cutters while playing in the high post.
3 Jaedyn Patterson – Loyola 2025
Patterson is an explosive wing scorer. He’s tough to guard when getting downhill. He’s got a nice crossover and is able to attack the defense off the dribble. He can shoot off the dribble or he can get to the basket and finish. He has a little playmaking to his game too and did well finding open teammates in transition.
4 EJ Spillman – Pacifica Christian 2025
Spillman is a strong guard with solid handles. He hits defenders with crossovers and spin moves to get to the basket. He is comfortable shooting off the dribble. He came off the bench and had a major impact. He has good vision and passing in the halfcourt. He’ll look for open teammates and find them when he draws the defense.
