Parker Friedrichsen Parker Friedrichsen 6'4" | SG Bixby | 2023 State #165 Nation OK , 6’4 SG, Tulsa Hawks, 2023 (Playing 2022): After a slow start to the weekend he erupted with a 35 point effort on only 15 shots shooting over 70% from the field and then dropped multiple 20 point efforts shooting above 50% as well to wrap up the weekend. Unlimited range from deep, can shoot off the catch stationary, off the move, and quick off of a pull up. P5 has a quick trigger and does not need much space to let them fly through the net.
Nate Hickman, 6’2 Guard, Florida Express, 2022: A tough nosed shooter who can get hot in a hurry. Had a multiple games throughout the tournament with making more than 2 threes. Had 18 points and 4 threes while chipping in 5 rebounds in win against Team Swish in probably his best game of the event. Hickman has nice size on the perimeter, a smooth jumper, and is not phased to take them in big spots.
Ethan Scott Ethan Scott 5'10" | PG Mustang | 2022 State OK , 5’10 Guard, Team Buddy Buckets, 2022 (Pictured): Over the last two years has remained one of the top shooters in any gym he steps foot in and this weekend at The Platform was no different. In a big time matchup against YnR he drilled huge threes in the second half including one off a kick out and one coming off a high ball screen. Very high basketball IQ mixed in with his shooting ability leads to a ton of quality looks that Scott knocks down with efficiency.
Matt Enright Matt Enright 5'10" | PG Webster Groves | 2022 State MO , 6’ Point Guard, Michael Porter Jr Elite, 2022: A floor maestro in the back court with his vision and passing ability, but also a really solid knock down shooter. Impressed with his control in transition getting to his shots and the balance he has on his pull ups. The lefty is a true competitor as well and gets the job done as the lead guard on both ends of the floor. His 3 ball is just icing on the cake.
Trey Keizer, 6’2 Guard, Team HIT, 2022:The HIT team in general could all make this list, but Keizer in the time I watched was knocking them down in a variety of ways. He hit one off a scramble play where the ball found his hands, knocked a three down in transition, hit threes off of flare screens, and knock some deep contested ones down on kicks. Has more to his game then the long ball like attacking closeouts and rebounds really well from the guard spot.
