Still found a way to score and distribute on a roster that also featured Antonio Bumphus and Jeremiah Scales. Managed to average 14.3 ppg at the point guard spot showing off his skills despite his size.
Cam Oates Cam Oates 5'10" | PG New Life Christian | 2023 State NC | 5’10 Guard | 2023 | QCAA Hoops
Another prospect that played up a division but still held his own against top prospects. He sets the tone by pushing the pace on offense and picking up full court on defense. He’s loaded with potential at the guard spot.
Zymir Best Zymir Best 6'1" | CG Pamlico | 2022 State NC | 5’8 Point Guard | 2022 | Eastern Carolina Phenomz
Best is an emerging floor general that played alongside William Brimmer William Brimmer 6'2" | CG New Bern | 2023 State NC and they complemented each other well. He finds ways to get to the paint and draw defenders before getting playmakers the ball. Does well to get to the free throw line too.
Caleb Foster Caleb Foster 6'4" | CG Oak Hill Academy | 2023 #18 Nation VA | 6’4 Point Guard | 2023 | Team Curry
He’s a floor general that will make you pay if you sag off of him on the defensive end. Foster played up a division but still managed to hold his own at point guard. He made seven 3-pointers while also showing he could run the point guard duties in a backcourt that also featured Quava Propst-Allison.
London Johnson | 6’3 Guard | 2023 | Team Curry
Johnson is a crafty floor general that keeps coming at you. He’s got nice length and is already quite the shooter on the perimeter. He finished the weekend with 18 points on two made 3-pointers and four made free throws in a closeout win.
Josh Bullock | 6’1 Point Guard | 2023 | Team Curry
Bullock did well despite coming off the bench for much of the weekend, averaging 7.3 ppg, showed he can handle pressure and play alongside top prospects with relative ease.
Kobe George Kobe George 6'3" | PG Winston-Salem Christian | 2023 #213 Nation NC | 6’3 Guard | 2023 | Big Shots Elite NC Lewis
George did a lot that didn’t show up on the stat sheet, like the final inbound pass to Treymane Parker Treymane Parker 6'3" | CG OT Elite | 2023 #169 Nation GA for his go-head 3-pointer that won the game but he still kept his head held high while he rode his horses in Parker and Isaiah Washington Isaiah Washington 6'5" | SG Winston-Salem Christian | 2024 State NC .
Jamal Townsend Jamal Townsend 6'0" | CG Northern Nash | 2023 State NC | 6’1 Guard | 2023 | Team Trezz
He’s just scratching the surface as a two-way threat on the hardwood. He’s got untapped athleticism he hasn’t found yet on offense, but defensively, he’s already playing at a high level. His unselfish play stands out as well as their primary ballhandler.
