The 6-foot-5 wing has an impressive skillset on the offensive end and can do a little bit of everything. He strokes it from three, but he also does a good job using slow-steps—as well as his strength and size—to find finishing angles in the paint and convert over smaller players. He knows where the ball needs to go if the defense collapses on him, and he handles it very effectively for a guy his size. Denton should be one of the most dominant players in the MIAA this season and will be a highly sought after D3 prospect in the New England region, especially if he can improve his motor on the defensive end.

Nshanian was the biggest surprise of Monday night for me. I had seen him play before for NE Elite, but never like this. The 6-foot-5 wing/forward probably had the best motor in the gym and really impressed me with his all-around skillset. He's strong enough to bully opposing defenders with his shoulders, but then he has the finesse and skill necessary to finish with touch around the hoop. He also showcased the ability to step out behind the three-point line and knock down shots (with a quick release), keep the ball moving with extra passes, and drive closeouts. Nshanian is going to be a FORCE in the MIAA this season and certainly improved his D3 recruitment on Monday night.

I didn't know Fudge was as good as he is. The 6-foot-4 wing has really solid positional size and length—he's bigger than most other MIAA guards and wings—but he moves quite well and can score from all three levels. He knocks down shots consistently from the three-point line, but he also has really solid athleticism at the hoop and a knack for finishing acrobatically, as well as the ability to hit pull-up jumpers. Fudge is the younger brother of Lincoln, who had a nice career at Arlington HS before transferring to Brimmer and May. Griffin, too, seems like a potential post-grad candidate who could see a lot of recruitment interest if he had another year of high-level competition under his belt.

Garron-Ciberay was the best rebounder and defender in the gym on Monday, and it wasn't particularly close. The 6-foot-3 forward is phenomenal at tracking the ball off the rim, and he puts everything he has into attacking the ball and high-pointing it—he has toughness, too, so he's willing to take contact and will fight for 50/50 balls. Defensively, he rotates extremely well on the back side, slides his feet effectively on the perimeter, and has excellent hands and timing for blocks and steals. Offensively, Garron-Ciberay is a capable shooter and makes the simple play for his teammates. He should find a college fit simply because of his willingness to do the dirty work, and another deep playoff run for Plymouth South would also improve his recruitment if I had to guess.

I always enjoy watching Williams play. The 6-foot-5 forward has a super strong body, and he knows how to use it. He bullies opposing players under the rim and does a good job getting to two feet in the paint—I'm most impressed with his willingness to find players for easy catch-and-shoot threes once the defense collapses on him near the rim. He runs the floor, he defends hard, and he plays the right way. Williams could certainly improve his finishing ability, but he's a definite college player and will find a fit when the time comes. He should be one of the more physically imposing players in the MIAA this season for Norwell High School.

Connelly is so fun to watch. The 6-foot-3 forward has heft to him, but he has good coordination and footwork and is quite difficult to move in the paint. His strength allows him to be an effective post-up threat—on a number of occasions, he showed off Jokic-like turnaround shots in the paint that completely wow'd me and other coaches in attendance. Furthermore, he plays his behind off and gets a good number of rebounds as a result of his size and strength. Connelly will need to improve his ability to run the floor and play on the perimeter, but I could see that happening over the course of the next year for Arlington Catholic, where he was an All-Star last season.
