Quick Hitter: NC Recruiting Update

Offers are flying left and right with many North Carolina prospects of all levels seeing offers come their way. We're going to take a look at a big handful of prospects who are picking up some steam in the recruiting world based on their play both leading up to and during the month of July!    Young has enjoyed a really successful spring and summer with both A Wigg Elite and when he's suited up for Chambers. The quick twitch scoring minded combo guard was doing his thing, showcasing his outside touch and ability to create offense for himself. He's been offered by Milwaukee, Iona, and UIC. Adding to his growing total.     Connor has been a national breakout star with [program_tooltip program_id='2226228' first='Team' last='CP3'] on the EYBL as his undeniable motor and physical gifts have shined bright in that setting. His undeniable production both on the scoresheet and the glass make him a no brainer for many next level programs. Since the June live periods, Connor has been offered by Charlotte, Texas A&M, Illinois, Wake Forest, Houston, and Appalachian State. He's one of the hottest recruits in America right now.     Between his work at Grace Sanford and with RPT, Jacques is starting to see the interest and recruitment pick up. He's such a steady backcourt contributor with great leadership qualities, it was only a matter of time before more schools starting to show up. Guilford became the first school to offer with other ODAC schools starting to circle as well.     Cadet is an emerging prospect as he's starting to really show what he can do with this SW15H 15u team on the UAA Circuit. He's a lead guard with real size and skill that is providing obvious appeal to college coaches. Despite it still being very early in the process, Cadet got his first offer from Iona last week.     Battier is another skilled wing forward with size who has been a feature piece for both A Wigg Elite 17u on the UAA Circuit and with Providence Day. His ability to make outside shots, play above the rim, and guard multiple positions are providing a ton of next level appeal for him. His recruitment has really picked up in the process, getting offers from Wofford, Harvard, Yale, and Belmont over the last few weeks.     Smith has enjoyed a really strong summer with [program_tooltip program_id='2220892' first='Team' last='United'] 16u on the EYBL along with putting in really solid work with his Queens Grant team in the month of June and has reaped the recruiting rewards in the process. The inside/out forward brings a great blend of skill and physicality. He's picked up offers from Ole Miss, Charleston, and Vanderbilt in the last few weeks as his recruiting trajectory is headed in the right direction.     Robinson is one of the more well rounded front-court pieces regardless of class as his touch, passing ability, and activity on both ends of the floor shows a lot of different ways he can provide an impact at the next level. After his work with Greensboro Day in June, Robinson has continued to excel with [program_tooltip program_id='2226228' first='Team' last='CP3'] on the EYBL. He's picked up offers from Queens, Omaha, Appalachian State, Coastal Carolina, and Marshall in recent weeks.     Hilldale continues to shine as the sharpshooting specialist with this [program_tooltip program_id='2078500' first='Garner' last='Road'] 17u team on the Adidas 3SSB Circuit as he's been remarkably efficient from beyond the arc along with providing quality contributions in other areas for this group. He's also reaping the rewards of his work as he's picked up an offer from Oral Roberts.     Williams is the hottest backcourt recruit in North Carolina's 2027 class through the month of July as he picked up right where he left off after a strong June and has carried it into a special July with 1 of 1 on the Pro16 Circuit. He's one of hte top lead guards in the State regardless of class and will get a bump in the next rankings update. He delivered truly special performances and got offers from UNC Asheville, Richmond, and Mount St Marys.     Brunson is another soaring recruit in the State of North Carolina and actually picked up a lot of offers in the spring but he continues to add to his total with 1 of 1 Pro 16s 16u group. The high flying wing has added to his flurry of offers with the most recent coming from College of Charleston who is clearly recruiting the State of North Carolina in a serious way right now.
