After giving up a few early buckets inside, Owen stepped up and helped limit the quality looks Fury were able to get around the rim. At 6'9 he did a great job of walling up against the strong and physical bigs Fury has, doing a great job of protecting the rim down the stretch. Guys just weren't able to get clean looks up over his length, as he was always coming up in the right spots at the right time. "Old school" big man who can score with his back to the basket, rebounds with two hands, and protects the rim with his length.

Oakley showed why he's so highly regarded in North Dakota's 2027 class over the weekend. At 6'9 he's a true floor stretcher who showcased range extending to well beyond the arc. He moves with impressive fluidity at his size, able to run off screens without the ball and quickly get into his shot off the catch. Has the type of smooth release that gives you confidence in every shot that leaves his hands. Oakley continues to improve his game off the dribble, and has the quickness off the floor to be an above-the-rim threat when cutting to the rim.

Connor has had some impressive moments running with [program_tooltip program_id='2075310' first='Northstar' last='Titans'] this spring/summer. Matched up against a tough [program_tooltip program_id='2075672' first='Minnesota' last='Fury']-Goring squad, Connor hit the go ahead bucket late in the game to help his team pick up a win. Connor got to the basket, absorbed contact, and found a way to finish off the glass for the game winner. Earlier in the game he showcased outside shooting touch with back-to-back threes early in the game. At 6'7 he moves well, and has the shooting touch that helps him stand out at that size.

Running with Big 3 Basketball over the weekend, Chuck showcased some impressive physical tools. He's listed at 6'6, has some size on his frame, and is an explosive athlete who can elevate to make plays on both ends of the floor. He was a difficult matchup for opposing forwards because of his agility out on the perimeter, able to get to his spots for mid-range jumpers off the dribble. Chuck gets impressive elevation on his shot, making it difficult to contest when he gets into pockets of space.

Though Charlie could project as more of a wing, he spends a lot of time as his team's "big" at the 16u level. After a slow start on Saturday, Charlie got better as the weekend went on, producing in a number of ways. Kwapil is a big time rebounder who explodes off the floor to high point the ball, and has the strength to clear out space with a box out before securing the ball. Charlie runs the floor hard in transition, able to fill his lane or handle the ball on his own in the open floor. He has a frame you don't often see at the 16u level, able to play through and finish through contact with ease around the rim.

It doesn't matter who he's matched up against, Bryce just finds ways to produce. He's arguably the most skilled big man in the state, and it shows with his ability to break guys down off the dribble, or go to work with impressive footwork out of the block. Throughout the weekend Bryce was hitting step-back threes, was driving and spinning to the rim for finishes, and was constantly getting defenders in the air with shot fakes before stepping through for easy lay-ups. One of the most productive 17u players in Minnesota this spring/summer.
