The best performance I saw all day, Sati-Grier was unbelievable to watch on Tuesday evening. Finishing with 39 points on 14/21 from the field with six steals and five rebounds, Sati-Grier was dominant in all areas of the game. Defensively, Sati-Grier started the game with some steals thanks to intense defensive pressure and quick hands. His anticipation also allowed him to jump a passing lane for a steal around half-court in the fourth quarter of the tight game. With blazing end to end speed, Sati-Grier was able to get into the paint and around his first defender basically whenever he wanted. It's rare to say a sub 6-foot point guard was 'relentless' but that's what a NBA scout said about his game to me afterwards and I had to agree, Sati-Grier's play on both ends was flat out relentless and he refused to lose for his team.

No this was not a typo on the box score if you looked at it, yes Dampier Jr had 24 rebounds for Alabama Fusion today. The 6'10 center is a dominant force on the interior and he was crashing the glass hard by using his size and throwing his weight around to get early position on the interior. With 15 defensive rebounds out of a possible 36, Dampier Jr rebounded almost half of Team Why Not's misses himself. I also love the skill flashes Dampier Jr shows with a sweet behind the back dribble 70 feet from the rim to start a transition opportunity and some nice kickout passes when double-teamed in the paint. My only complaint about Dampier Jr's performance is his 3/7 performance from the foul line as he has the touch and potential to shoot more efficiently from the charity stripe and his size and frame should allow him to shoot 10+ free throws a game when he rebounds the basketball the way he did on Tuesday. One of the top centers in the 2028 class nationally, Dampier Jr is high on our national rankings and continues to show why he's so well regarded nationally.

New to Ohio's 2028 class, Duncan made his debut at the top spot and showed why on Tuesday. The explosive wing athlete is a tough defender who can guard multiple positions on the ball and can contest and block 3-pointers. Duncan is explosive off his feet and is sudden with how quick he gets up to the rim in transition. Duncan also knocked down an early catch and shoot 3-pointer from the corner and his form looked smooth in one motion. That confidence made it surprising that Duncan finished just 4/10 from the foul line, as he should've finished with well over 20 points in the game. While the thrilling contest didn't go his way, Duncan still showed why he's the top ranked prospect in Ohio's 2028 class and a name to know nationally.

The clutch performance of the day came from Lindsay as he knocked down a no dip 3-pointer with two seconds left to tie the game as Mokan Elite 16 U ended up taking over in overtime to win the game. Lindsay's game took a turn upwards when he threw down a nasty alley-oop dunk where he reached as far back as he could to catch the ball before slamming it home. That sparked his game as he finished with a game-high 24 points including 12 in the final two minutes plus overtime. Lindsay also provided excellent effort on the glass, finishing with eight rebounds for a Mokan Elite group that doesn't really have a natural center to protect the rim and clean up on the glass. The top ranked prospect in Kentucky's 2028 class, Lindsay continues to make a name for himself nationally as well.

A utility player who competed, rebounded and used his impressive physical strength, Buchanan just flat out made winning plays for a group that needed every one of them in an overtime victory to open up their Peach Jam campaign. Buchanan finished with a game-high nine rebounds and has the frame and strength to dominate anybody his height on the glass. Efficient from the floor, Buchanan mostly looked to shoot in the paint and finished 5/9 from the field. Having players knowing what they excel at and doing exactly that can make the difference and in an overtime win like the one they had on Tuesday, Mokan Elite likely doesn't come out on top without Buchanan.
