The 2029 rankings update were released on Monday with a little over 125 prospects in the update. Prospects move up and down the rankings in every update and this one is no different. Here are the top stock-risers from the 2029 rankings update.

[player_tooltip player_id='2969733' first='Tysean' last='Scott'], 6'2 [player_tooltip player_id='3665515' first='PG' last='']/PF Paterson Charter

Scott moved up more than any other prospect in the update as he moved up 14 spots. The 6'2 wing uses his handle to get to his spot on the floor and knows how to finish around the basket. Scott can also score in the mid-range and sets his feet before he shoots. He pushes the pace well in transition and slides his feet on the defensive end. Scott is a gritty guard prospect who should continue to make plays at both ends of the floor throughout the course of the summer and fall.

[player_tooltip player_id='2907130' first='Gabriel' last='Shoultz'], 6'1 [player_tooltip player_id='3665515' first='PG' last=''] LEAP Academy

Shoultz jumped up six spots in the update and has the potential to move up even higher this July. The 6'1 guard has a tight handle, which he uses to get to the rim off the bounce and can finish in a variety of ways around the basket. Shoultz is more than just a slasher as he has a clean release on his jumper and makes opponents pay for giving him space behind the arc. He is an underrated passer and uses his quick hands to get steals on the defensive end. Shoultz has the ability to put up points in bunches and should continue to do that over the next couple of weeks.

[player_tooltip player_id='3421041' first='Ryder' last='Lacey'], 5'11 [player_tooltip player_id='3665515' first='PG' last='']/CG Camden Catholic

Lacey went up four spots in the update and should have a big July with WeR1. The 5'11 guard has a smooth shooting stroke as he wastes little motion and can get hot from distance in a hurry. Lacey moves well without the ball in his hands, freeing himself for jumpers and layups in the half court. He is an underrated passer and works hard on the defensive end. Lacey is a sharpshooting guard prospect who should torch the nets from distance during the summer and fall.

[player_tooltip player_id='3243498' first='Nick' last='Tait'], 6'3 [player_tooltip player_id='3665515' first='PG' last=''] Paramus Catholic

Tait also moved up four spots in the update, playing up with [program_tooltip program_id='2808422' first='Marathon' last='Elite']. The 6'3 guard has a good first step, which he uses to get to the rim off the bounce and is unafraid of drawing contact. Tait uses his size to see over his defender and rises up nicely on his jumper. He pushes the pace well in transition and has the athleticism to defend multiple positions on the floor. Tait is a talented guard prospect whose ability to make plays with the ball in his hands should help his stock in a big way.

[player_tooltip player_id='2880164' first='Gerard' last='Gallo'], 6'3 SG/SF Donovan Catholic

Gallo is another prospect who went up four spots in the update and can play either spot on the perimeter. The 6'3 wing uses his handle to get to his spot on the floor and is unafraid of drawing contact in the paint. Gallo wastes little motion on his release and makes opponents pay for giving him space behind the arc. He is an underrated rebounder and has the length to defend multiple spots on the floor. Gallo had four 20-point games during his debut varsity season and should put that scoring on display this summer and fall.
