Scott had a big game for Nj Elite 15 U in a thrilling contest that went down to the wire. Scott made some quick moves to the rim and was an efficient scorer from 15 feet and in. Scott’s combination of a quick first step, length to score at the rim and contesting shots at the basket with his length allowed him to be productive at both ends of the court. In the fourth quarter, Scott had a crucial putback layup and hit some clutch free throws in the final minute. I caught a tough loss for Nj Elite who had chances to win two of their four games this weekend.

, a prospect who’s physical tools immediately pop, having emerged as an instant impact wing on both ends of the floor. An intriguing blend of glaring elite athleticism and remarkable length, Scott shined as not only as an explosive and aggressive slasher but also as a versatile highlight reel defender. A relentless downhill attacker, he consistently finds ways to exploit driving angles and attack closeouts, using his explosive first step and elite burst off the bounce to apply intense pressure on the rim, finishing with soft touch and craftiness from different angles around the basket. His athleticism shines in transition as well, where he sprints the floor and gets ahead of the defense routinely and finishes emphatically, often times getting on the rim. With plenty of development still ahead coupled with the intrigue that surrounds his athleticism and skillset, Scott is definitely a prospect worth tracking.

possesses the necessary physical tools to be an immediate impact not only as an explosive slasher but a versatile, highlight making defender. An aggressive downhill attacker who finds ways to manipulate driving lanes, Scott’s explosive first time off the bounce allows him to put a massive amount of pressure on the rim. Scott’s athleticism is often times on full display in the open floor as well, sprinting the floor in transition and exploding for loud above the rim finishes. With so much of basketball ahead of him and plenty of room for growth in his skillset, look for Scott to show more consistent flashes of his perimeter shooting ability to complement his dynamic driving ability.
