2029 Rankings Update: Numbers 6-10

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>This rising Sophomore group is super talented but is already being hit with transfers and some attrition. The number one prospect remains [player_tooltip player_id='2851845' first='Mason' last='Grivna'] but the ranking behind him continues to shift around with each update. Several members of the class have earned their first D1 offers in recent months. With each update, several new names continue to rise. With almost 200 players ranked already, this 2029 class is shaping up to be the deepest we have ever ranked. Where Mayes really excels is in change of pace and direction. He's less likely to try and bully a player to the rim than most point guards in this class. Mayes is excellent at playing off of two feet and getting to his spots on the offensive end. If you were looking for a "floor general" type of PG in this class, Sweeney would be my choice. On the court, Anthony is a playmaker and a finisher who plays with a great motor on both ends. Davis excels out of the high post on the offensive end and is versatile on the defensive end with his ability to guard multiple positions. Jaden is one of those kids. He will grab a big rebound, make a high IQ pass for a bucket or go and score one for himself. Johnson should be in line for a bigger role at Male as a Sophomore and I'm interested to see what he and Trey Hillerich look like in the frontcourt together. Southern Miss and EKU have both offered the big man from Mayfield. Brycen has the skills to put the ball on the floor or play with his back to the basket.
