He's the type of guard to pick up 94 foot and excels at being an agitator. Then in the halfcourt he'll seemingly teleport into a passing lane for steals. And his hands are alarmingly fast when it comes on the ball steals. His game has traveled well this spring, as he's built off being a key cog in Newcastle's Class 5A State Championship. Simply put, he's an energy giver with the contagious grit and fight. Who is ready for a bigger offensive role for the Racers this winter.

Sykes is a dogged defender. He has become one of the most popular recruits for regional D2 programs, including offers from in-state SNU and SWOSU. Along with nearby Arkansas at Monticello and even Menlo in California. It's easy to see why Sykes would be a priority for schools. He's physical and tough, capable of covering 1-3 at the next level. And has routinely proven at the national levels of AAU play that his elite rebounding can translate against bigger foes. His shooting has steadily improved as well. There aren't many holes in Sykes' game, as he can also help create for others.

Robinson has been getting a bit busy as a scorer in AAU and summer league play. But his game is still built on grit. He's a physical two way impact player. Offensively, he has outstanding body control around the rim, able to take bumps, hang in the air and still finish. Also has a havoc causing mindset on defense, using his quickness and strength to hunt for steals. His steady approach to the game is one of his best ways of impacting winning. But it appears he could be turning the scorer as a scorer. Which would be needed to help Mustang back to another Class 6A State Title appearance.

Mason always produces, especially around the rim. Shows his high flying chops with some of the best dunks in the state. Along with chase down blocks in transition. Is one of the best players in Oklahoma at finishing through contact for "And 1s". This spring and summer, he has turned the corner as a perimeter shooter. It can still be streaky, but the improvement is there. If he makes a similar improvement between now and the start of the high school, Mason could be one of the best scorers in the state. UCO has taken notice with a recent offer.

Denson has long been one of the best defenders in the 2027 class. The small town standout has an unique knack at reading then opposition. He's able to play strong defense, move his feet and defend without fouling. Is willing to put his body on the line by taking charges and hustling for loose balls. Competitiveness and defense will get his foot in the door at the next level. But he's also improved his offensive skillset. Has the explosiveness to rock the rim in transition, along with strength as a half court finish. He's becoming a more consistent shooter, allowing him to check a lot of boxes as a collegiate prospect.

True point guards are rare and that should provide a path to college for the heady Fort Gibson Tiger. He's a drink stirrer on offense. Has a tight handle and consistently earns point touches. Where he can make nifty slip passes to open teammates around the rim. Or fire it out to open shooters. Plays with a chip on his shoulder, that allows him to compete against bigger guards and amongst the trees in the paint. The fiery nature also shows up in the defensive end, where he his aggressive playing style can force turnovers. And get under the opposition's skin. Type of guard who helps raise a team's floor with his intangibles.
