Garza knocking down shots and setting up teammates could be the key for the Bears to turn their potential into more wins.     Richardson torched the nets at UCO's team camp to close out June. Then brought the same energy to July with Chaos' 16U team. He's at his best as a spot up threat, with near automatic efficiency in open catch and shoot situations. While also showing good chemistry in school ball as an off the ball cutter and move. With his now ideal height for the next level, Richardson looks to be a late bloomer ready to make a much bigger impact this winter for the Hall.
