The 6-foot lead guard continues to steer a reinvigorated Bethel Academy group to wins and at DMV Live, he showed off his scoring prowess and ability to live in the paint. In four games, the southpaw averaged an alarming 29PPG to go with 7RPG and 3.8APG. As indicated, his hands were all over their matchups as Bethel finished their showing 2-2 overall. His tenacity and activity defensively were evident and it's clear that those around him match his motor, which is a reason why the group has steamrolled opponents in summer league play.

Dixon was slated to miss the S1 weekend and return for S2 as he had nursed a back injury for the last two months. Against St. James Academy however, the 6-foot-3 combo guard laced up and put on a shot-making clinic en route to 31 points on 11-of-17 from the field and a blistering 6-of-9 from three. Many of his shots came from off the bounce, which showed good signs of his pace, confidence and balance. The impact wasn't limited to the offensive end though, as he accounted for six steals in the blowout victory, which would be O'Connell's lone win of the weekend.

Garris caught attention with his size and activity around the rim at both ends of the floor. He averaged 14.3PPG, 8.8RPG and 3.0APG leading his team to a 3-1 showing and in the win over Mt. Zion, Kacerauskas was near a triple-double with 10PTS, 9REBS and 8ASTS.

The ultimate floor genreal with a frame that is prepared for the collegiate level as soon as tomorrow, Asare's command and ability to impact the game on both ends of the floor is what will drive this Highland team to their potential this season. Surrounded by young, talented prospects who can get a bucket, Asare's balance as a scorer and distributor will be crucial this season and help for the long-term development in the projected role for college. His ability to control pace and ensure execution was the catalyst for a 3-1 record this weekend averaging 14.5PPG, 2.8RPG and 2.8APG

Mitchell impressed several coaching staffs along the sideline who made the trip to PG County to recruit. The evidence was picking up an offer from UTEP, but there were a handful of programs who haven't offered to this point who has Mitchell firmly on their radars moving forward. His archetype as a strong built off-ball guard who can thrive in a floor-spacing role, but isn't limited to just shooting three's is extremely valuable in today's game. PVI concluded their S1 showing 3-1 overall as Mitchell was responsible for 16.5PPG, 5.8RPG and 3.5APG on impressive 48/41/88 shooting splits.

Aguolu continues to take his game to new heights and entering his senior season for Miller School, his production and leadership will mean that much more. If this weekend is any indication for what's to come, the 6-foot-6 wing is primed for a breakout season as he helped his team to a 2-1 record this weekend where both of their victories were by a commanding number. Their only loss came by 2 to West Nottingham. Aguolu's numbers speak for themselves as he put up 21.3, 5.0RPG and 1.7APG on 52 percent from the field and 47 percent from three.

DMV Live S1 has come to a close and there was no shortage of evaluations, team takeaways and prospects who took advantage of the stage to boost their stock. I move on to the Virginia 2027 prospects who were topics of conversation along the sidelines.
