<p>The stars will draw the headlines at this weekend's Adidas May Classic, but some of the biggest impact could come from the names flying under the radar. From breakout scorers to tough two-way guards and high-energy forwards, this event always produces new stock risers. Here's a look at several Under the Radar Prospects ready to make an impact at the Adidas May Classic:</p>   <h2 class="wp-block-heading">15u</h2>    <p class="text-gray-700">A worry 5'11” guard that does a lot of different things for [program_tooltip program_id='2076451' first='D1' last='Indiana'] 15u E32. Has shown the ability to stretch the floor with deep range off the catch. Has a clean stroke that he gets off quick. Really active on the defensive end. Moves his feet well and is active in the passing lanes looking to turn defense into offense in a hurry.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">On a loaded roster that's off to a great start in the spring, [player_tooltip player_id='3038574' first='Hudson' last='Kern'] is a valuable piece off the bench that understands his role. Physical 6'4” Forward that is willing to do the dirty work. No flash to his game. Not the quickest or most athletic player, but is a workhorse on both ends of the floor as a rebounder as well as doing everything that may not necessarily show up in the stat sheet.</p>    <h2 class="wp-block-heading">16u</h2>    <p class="text-gray-700">A nice left handed guard that may not be under the radar for much longer. Has made big plays over the course of the spring AAU season including a game winning bucket over Indiana Elite 2028 3SSB at Prep Hoops The Stage. Has a bit of an unorthodox game to him. Crafty lefty that can play on or off the ball. Good decision maker. Puts a lot of pressure on the rim offensively while being a capable three-point shooter.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">A smooth pure scorer out of Evansville North that has had a really nice start to his spring for WeDifferent 812 16u. A long and lanky 6'2 guard that is constantly in attack mode. Knows how to use his body well when getting to his spots. A crafty scorer in the lane with the ability to use either hand around the basket. Confident stroke from the three-point line, but is best getting downhill. Has the potential to be a big time scorer heading into his junior season.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">The big 6'6” Forward out of Tecumseh has come a long way since the start of the high school season. Starting to finally realize his size is an advantage and is playing with the right aggression. Big framed forward that has become a double-double threat every time he steps on the floor this spring. Needs to continue to get stronger and better with his conditioning, but has all the tools to continue having a big spring and summer as well as a breakout junior season at Tecumseh.</p>    <h2 class="wp-block-heading">17u</h2>    <p class="text-gray-700">A guard that came on to the scene known for his defensive prowess is now starting to find his offensive groove. One of the better on ball defenders in the state, [player_tooltip player_id='2489643' first='Elijah' last='Eastwood'] is now impacting the game on both ends of the floor. He's a quick guard that plays with a good base. Thrives in transition where he plays with his eyes up and attacks getting downhill looking to make a play. Really good in the midrange. Shoots a soft shot with good elevation. Showed his ability to stop on a dime and rise up over defenders. The three-point shot is a work in progress, but is capable of knocking down multiple on a game. Unselfish player that keeps the ball moving. Learning to play with the intent to score more this summer as he will be asked to score more during his senior season.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">A big time wing with the ability to stretch the floor with deep range. [player_tooltip player_id='2622251' first='Caden' last='Jones'] is a long and athletic wing for [program_tooltip program_id='2400000' first='Indiana' last='Elite Team Indiana'] 17u that can get hot in a hurry. Scores in a variety of different ways, but his calling card is being an elite shooter with good size. He knows how to get himself open and does a good job getting squared up off the catch and only needs a tiny bit of daylight to get his shot off. Capable of playing off the dribble. He does a good job using his length to create seperation in the midrange where he shoots it with a soft touch. He's a versatile defender that always seems to be in the right spot. Good rebounder for his position that can handle it in transition. One of the more intriguing shooters in the class of 2027.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">5'11” Guard out of Gibson Southern is a microwave scorer offensively. Electric with the ball in his hands, he's a confident scorer with the ability to get buckets in a hurry. Shifty handle with a quick first step that allows him to get to his spots. Sneaky athlete that can explode to rim off drives and finish. Knock down shooter coming off a junior season where he shot 42% from 3. Elevates well in his jumper in all scenarios. Really solid on the defensive end with his pressure and active hands making it difficult for his matchup.</p>     <p class="text-gray-700">The athletic combo guard out of Center Grove is a player that caught my attention in an open gym back in the fall, and seeing him play in person as well as multiple times on stream, Laney is a kid that I absolute love what I have seen out of him. He's a blend of production and potential. Fluid athlete that impacts the game on both sides of the ball. Constantly in attack mode with his scoring ability from all over the floor. Capable three-point shooter while not forcing anything and taking what the defense gives him. Relentless when he's getting down hill and has shown the ability to play above the room. Expect his stock to rise heading into his senior season.</p>    <p></p>
