This league is one of the best grassroots circuits in the country every year, and this year is no different. South-Carolina-based [program_tooltip program_id='3565368' first='Twelve' last='Time'] , owned by former Crestwood Star Ja Morant, is the lone in-state program, plus there are two South Carolina prospects playing with North Carolina's Team CP3, owned by NBA legend Chris Paul. Check out this statistical update and five top performers from Nike EYBL Session 2:

Top Performers:

[player_tooltip player_id='2566640' first='Sheldon' last='Davis'] - It was a tough weekend for [program_tooltip program_id='3565368' first='Twelve' last='Time'], going 0-4, and for Davis, with his numbers down across the weekend. He only put up 7.8 points per game, with his high of the weekend being 12 points against CP3. The assists are the number that dipped the least, because he still has the respect of frequent, heavy defense pressure.

[player_tooltip player_id='2469365' first='Sullivan' last='Templeton'] - Sully had a nice second session for Ja Morant's team in Memphis. His 4.5 rebounds per game tied the team-high, plus he was a solid scorer throughout the weekend. He saved his best for last, putting up 8 points and 6 rebounds in the loss to Jet Academy, but they will need Templeton to step up with some rim protection at some point.

[player_tooltip player_id='3041765' first='Desmond' last='Grant'] - [player_tooltip player_id='3041765' first='Desmond' last='Grant'] was a top performer from session one, and he was excellent again in session two. He was the second leading scorer on the team and the highest from South Carolina after four games, including two of them in double-figures. He, too, had his biggest statistical game in the final game, putting up 10 points and 4 assists on Sunday.

[player_tooltip player_id='2104388' first='Robert' last='Wylie'] - Wylie continues to impress with Team CP3 17U, earning offers from Harvard and UNC Greensboro thanks to a productive stretch of games. DJ was also named to The Circuit's EYBL 17U All-Defense team from Session Two, thanks to his 2.3 steals per game and 0.5 blocks per game.

[player_tooltip player_id='2470128' first='Jermier' last='Nelson'] - To cap off the list, [player_tooltip player_id='2470128' first='Jermier' last='Nelson'] had another strong weekend in a CP3 jersey. He more than doubled his PPG number this session, increasing it to 12 thanks to games of 14, 7, 13, and 14. It was an efficient four games as well, shooting an even 50% from the field on 36 attempts, all on twos.
