Jones has earned a spot in our next rankings update after carrying the momentum from a sophomore season that resulted in First Team All-Region honors into a productive spring with the [program_tooltip program_id='2248971' first='River' last='City Reign']. The high scoring guard averaged nearly 19 points per game for the Mountaineers this past season. A quick, athletic lead guard, Jones is extremely difficult for defenders to keep out of the paint and consistently creates pressure at the offensive end. He is capable of scoring at all three levels, plays well off the dribble, and also shows the ability to create opportunities for teammates as a passer and playmaker.

Poindexter continues to impress this spring with Team Hustle and recently delivered a standout 21-point performance in Virginia Beach when we watch him just a few weeks ago. One of the better perimeter shooters we evaluated, he is a high IQ guard who understands how to impact winning in multiple ways. Poindexter is a confident shot maker with deep range who can create his own offense off the bounce or make plays off the catch. He plays with poise, makes smart decisions with the basketball, and consistently comes through with winning plays on both ends of the floor. His combination of shooting ability, feel for the game, and offensive skill set makes him a difficult matchup for defenders.

Radde has put together a strong spring with VA Havoc and continues to establish himself as one of the more skilled perimeter prospects in the region. A strong, confident shooter with positional size, the junior is capable of stretching the floor with his perimeter shooting while also handling secondary playmaking responsibilities. He is comfortable with the basketball in his hands, can create offense for himself or teammates, and shows good feel and decision making in the half court. In addition to his offensive versatility, Radde competes consistently at the defensive end, uses his size well, and brings toughness and effort on both sides of the floor.

Brangman-Cain was one of the more impressive sophomores we evaluated in California two weeks ago while playing with Team Loaded. A strong, attacking wing, he is extremely difficult for defenders to keep out of the paint because of his combination of strength, explosiveness, and downhill ability. He finishes well through contact, embraces physical play, and consistently puts pressure on the defense at the rim. Brangman-Cain is also a high level athlete who impacts the game beyond scoring, rebounding his position aggressively and competing at a high level defensively. His toughness, motor, and two way upside continue to stand out this spring.

The sophomore emerged as one of the top shooters at EYBL Session I in Atlanta, knocking down nine three pointers while shooting better than 56% from beyond the arc. A high level perimeter shooter with a quick, compact release, he consistently hunts scoring opportunities and stretches defenses with his deep range and confidence as a shot maker. Beyond his shooting ability, he plays with a high basketball IQ, understands spacing, and moves well without the basketball to create clean looks. He is capable of making shots off the catch or off the dribble and continues to prove he can impact games at a high level against strong competition.
