The third session of the CBG I-95 Series took place at U-Turn in Richmond this past weekend, with some of the top teams coming from all over the state to bump it up and compete with each other. Here's a look at some of the top 16U prospects from the weekend.

Antony Wifred Tchounteu | 6'8” PF | AKT

Wilfred Tchounteu is a new name that coaches will want to check out this summer on the HGSL Circuit, as he's a part of one of the top 16U Independent teams in the country. The 6'8” forward is full of upside and he showed that with his ability to move off the ball and catch and finish around the rim, he ran the floor and finished above the rim, he showed the ability to switch and guard multiple positions, and he has touch with range that should continue to extend as he continues to develop.

[player_tooltip player_id='3275745' first='O'Neal' last='Allotey'] | 6'8” PF | AKT

Allotey was an All Region player at Mount Vernon this past year, and he's another intriguing big as he's only been playing for three years and is talking about reclassifying to the 2028 class, where he'll have a great chance at being a division one prospect. He showed great touch both around the rim and can step out and stretch the floor as well, he has natural instincts on both ends as he passed it well and was great in rotations as the anchor of the defense, he contested vertically with good timing, and he still has so much room to improve moving forward.

[player_tooltip player_id='3554531' first='Finn' last='Gardner'] | 6'3” WF | AKT

Gardner was part of a very impressive group of wings for this AKT team that was super impactful on both ends of the floor, and he has a lot of tools that make him a good prospect moving forward. At 6'3” he has good positional size and is a good athlete, he really shined on the defensive end moving his feet to stay in front of ball handlers and challenging shots, he knocked it down from deep at a good rate, and he showed his athleticism in transition as well.

Brandyn Edmonds | 5'10” PG | AKT

Edmonds is the perfect floor general and leader for this talented group, as he not only sets his teammates up for success but he also sets the tone with his toughness and aggressive style of play. While he's the smallest guy on the team he's arguably the most physical as he brings contact on both ends of the floor, he was an absolute pest on the defensive end, he put constant pressure on the defense getting in the paint and making good decisions, he was a crafty finisher around the rim, and he picked his spots and scored it efficiently from multiple levels.

MJ Fitch | 6'1” CG | Team Loaded 757

Fitch is another new name that broke out at the event this past weekend, as the Kellam guard is going to be a high scoring guard for the next few years in the Hampton Roads area. At 6'1” he got where he wanted to off the bounce showing quick burst and a shifty handle to get by defenders, he shot the ball extremely well from deep showing good range and the ability to come off screens and square up easily, he handled it in transition and did a good job finishing through traffic, and he just came off as a true hooper who gets the game and gets the job done.

Leyton Harrington | 6'3” WG | Team Loaded 757

Harrington is a name to throw on the radar over the next couple of years, as the Cape Henry off guard was lighting it up for 757 this past weekend. At 6'3” he has good positional size and good length that translates well, he relocated well off the ball and showed a quick release to get his shot off with little to no space, he attacked closeouts and showed he can handle in transition, and he consistently made the right play as well.

[player_tooltip player_id='3483210' first='Cam' last='Pleasants'] | 6'2” WG | Local Legends Gold

Pleasants was a pleasant surprise (PUN intended) for Local Legends Gold this past weekend, as he put up some big numbers in both of their games on the weekend. The 6'2” wing is a true bucket getter and he did a great job finding spaces for playmakers to find him and spotting up and knocking it down, he handled it well in transition and in the half court getting to the rim and finishing well with both hands, and he showed great footwork and consistency getting to his spots and knocking down the midrange.
