The third session of the CBG I-95 Series took place at U-Turn in Richmond this past weekend, with some of the top teams coming from all over the state to bump it up and compete with each other. Here's a look at some of the top 15U prospects from the weekend.

Shelton is emerging as one of the more intriguing prospects in a very talented group of Richmond players in the 2029 class, as the 6'6” forward showed a ton of versatility for a player his age and his size. At 6'6” he has a strong frame that should sure up with time with long arms as well, he is a knock down shooter who was deadly in pop and trail situations, he showed his ability to put it on the deck and get to spots, and he rebounded on both ends of the floor as well.

Eli Quaye | 5'10” PG | Local Legends

Quaye continues to show how superbly talented he is for a guard his age, as he was on cruise control this past weekend making it look easy as he controlled the game and made plays for himself and others easily. He had the ball on a string breaking down defenders whether it was in isolation or in ball screens, he got to wherever he wanted on the court and made shots from all three levels, he knew where everyone was and made flashy but on point passes consistently, and as he continues to grow and simplify the game he has the opportunity to be one of the top players in the Richmond area.

Karson McCoy | 6'1” CG | Local Legends

The Prince Edward guard was fantastic for this talented Local Legends group, as he showed the ability to play multiple roles whether it was being a third or fourth option or being a guy to handle it and make things happen. He played with great pace and used hesitations and a variety of moves and counters off the bounce to break down defenders, he moved off the ball and made shots from deep and moved well to get open on cuts for finishes, he showed his athleticism on both ends of the floor, and he has a great IQ and instincts on both ends of the floor.

[player_tooltip player_id='3538917' first='Joel' last='Fullwood'] | 6'1” PG | Team Loaded 757

Fullwood was as dominant as anyone was in the entire event, as he averaged 23 points per game in two wins including a 24 point outing in their win over Team Museum where he completely took the game over down the stretch. He's a confident and tough guard who was putting a ton of pressure on the defense with his ability to get to the rim, he made tough shots at the rim and in the midrange area, he showed his ability to move off the ball and knock down shots from way behind the arc, and even though he put up big scoring numbers he made teammates better when the defense started to hone in on him.

Aiden Powell | 6'5” WF | Team Loaded 757

Powell was another player for this Loaded 757 group that averaged close to 20 points in their two games, and when I tell you that he's the type of player you look at when he's a freshman and say the sky is the limit, it's not an exaggeration. At 6'5” with long arms and a clear sign he's still growing is scary because he already looks the part, he ran the floor with guards and finished in transition, he was a mismatch with his fluid athleticism and ability to put the ball on the deck, and he legitimately played and guarded the three through five with ease.

[player_tooltip player_id='3539435' first='Crew' last='Griffith'] | 6'1” CG | [program_tooltip program_id='2399501' first='Team' last='Chaos'] ('30)

Griffith was a player who split time on the JV and Varsity team last year on a Miller team that won their third straight state championship, and playing up on 15U at the event you can see a lot of potential in him moving forward. He is highly skilled and played with a ton of confidence whether he was on or off the ball, he showed a tight handle and good wiggle to create space or get by defenders, he shot the ball well from deep and when he got to his spots in the midrange, and he showed great instincts and toughness on both ends of the floor.
