Expert Analysis
Jack Herron | Prep Hoops Scout
Fullwood played a vital role in Hampton’s state championship run last year, and he will be the go-to ball handler and playmaker and could be one of the top scorers in the Peninsula this year. He’s a compact and strong guard who can get downhill and finishes well around the rim and through contact, he can drill it from deep and has a great pull-up when he gets in the midrange, he controls the tempo and makes plays for others, and he is super crafty with the ability to get wherever he wants.

Fullwood is a capable scorer from the backcourt and was one of the state’s top guards this spring for Team Loaded 757. He can make open shots from beyond the arc, is capable of create offense in the midrange and uses his strength and skill to score around the rim. He changes speeds very well and can not only be a scorer but looks to be capable of running an offense as well.
