Radde has put together a strong spring with VA Havoc and continues to establish himself as one of the more skilled perimeter prospects in the region. A strong, confident shooter with positional size, the junior is capable of stretching the floor with his perimeter shooting while also handling secondary playmaking responsibilities. He is comfortable with the basketball in his hands, can create offense for himself or teammates, and shows good feel and decision making in the half court. In addition to his offensive versatility, Radde competes consistently at the defensive end, uses his size well, and brings toughness and effort on both sides of the floor.
