Ross is really starting to come into his own after some learning curves when he transferred to Highland his sophomore year, and he's set to have a breakout summer on the PUMA Circuit with Local Legends. The 6'5” wing is built to play the game with long arms and he's a freak athlete who plays above the rim effortlessly, he has improved in his ability to knock down shots from deep off the catch, he can handle it in transition and get downhill, and he has all the tools to be a lock down defender too.

#27) [player_tooltip player_id='2027757' first='Joe' last='Nunez'] | 6'4” SG | St. James

The NYC native transferred to St. James to play on the EYSL Circuit this season, and when it comes to raw talent and upside there aren't many in the state that have more than he does. At 6'4” with a strong frame and explosive athleticism he gets downhill and finishes well through traffic, he can create space and make shots from multiple levels off the bounce, he can work off the ball to get open and make shots from deep, and his versatility at his size allows him to play multiple roles and positions too.

#29) [player_tooltip player_id='1588148' first='Chuma' last='Achufusi'] | 6'3” SG | Episcopal

Achufusi made one of the biggest jumps in the rankings as he's just continued to improve and be one of the more consistent wings in the DMV area, and he's starting to look like a division one prospect too. The 6'3” wing plays very hard on both ends as he has some toughness and shows a lot of aggression when he's on the floor, he's a good shooter from deep off the catch, he gets downhill in transition and in the half court to put pressure on the defense, and he brings great energy defensively with the ability to lock down scorers too.

#31) [player_tooltip player_id='3363554' first='Tristan' last='Franklin'] | 6'5” SF | Bishop O'Connell

Franklin was a new addition to this O'Connell team this season, and he fit in like a glove providing a mix of shooting, athleticism, and showing a lot of confidence making big plays for them all season. He's a versatile wing who can play on the ball and get to spots using a variety of moves, he can work off the ball and come off screens and set his feet to make shots on the move, he plays with good pace to get to spots and scores it well from all three levels, and he has shown he can play as a go-to player and within different roles too.

#32) [player_tooltip player_id='2454553' first='Ja'Ron' last='Rucker'] | 6'6” SF | Bishop O'Connell

Rucker was another new addition to O'Connell and was another impact player as well, and he's one of the more intriguing long term prospects you will find in all of the WCAC with his upside. At 6'6” he has fantastic physical tools and is a big time athlete who really thrives in transition as a finisher, he's a mismatch threat who can post smaller defenders and take slower ones off the bounce, he can use his size to finish in traffic and rise over defenders to make shots, and he is a very good rebounder and defender as well.

#34) [player_tooltip player_id='2640022' first='Colby' last='Murphy'] | 6'4” SF | Bethel Academy

Murphy is another big wing with versatility that's a walking mismatch, as he can play and guard multiple positions as well as use his blend of strength and skill to score it in a lot of different ways. He gets downhill aggressively and defenders just bounce off him and almost have to foul him to stop him, he is an explosive athlete who can get above the rim when he gets downhill, he can make shots from all three levels, and he's a good rebounder particularly on the offensive end.
