Playing with [program_tooltip program_id='2076459' first='Breakaway' last=''] Gold they are the go to perimeter pieces for that team.&nbsp; What is so fun about these two is they play well off each other.&nbsp; Similar skill sets with their athleticism, slashing, and playmaking capabilities.&nbsp; They are always moving and are in attack mode.&nbsp; Creative finishers at the rim and can shoot it.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2125672' first='Patrick' last='Magan'] (M14 Gold)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Magan had a very strong performance against [program_tooltip program_id='2076459' first='Breakaway' last=''] Gold as the 6'6” Burlington Central face up four stretched with his shooting in the mid-range and from three.&nbsp; Plus athlete with handles using his wiggle off the bounce to get downhill on a consistent basis scoring in the paint.&nbsp; Burst to the cup and is excellent finishing in the paint.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2125643' first='Jaxson' last='Hancock'] ([program_tooltip program_id='2075532' first='Illinois' last='Bears'])</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Hancock was magnificent in the game we saw him play on Saturday as he scored 31 points which is pretty good for a guard that is mostly a pass first PG.&nbsp; He had it flowing knocking in a pair of threes early, but it really was his soft touch finishing game that was working best.&nbsp; Lived in the lane for crafty finishes and getting to the free throw line.&nbsp; The Buffalo Grove big man wasn't going against legit size, but what we liked was he took advantage of it.&nbsp; Got positioning, called for the ball, and went to work!&nbsp; The [program_tooltip program_id='2076459' first='Breakaway' last=''] five had an array of hook shots, spins, sweeping finishes, and dunks.&nbsp; One of his most impressive was a fake off a dribble handoff for a big slam.&nbsp; Snatched rebounds and ran the floor hard.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2839878' first='Mason' last='Martin'] ([program_tooltip program_id='2076459' first='Breakaway' last=''])</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Martin had a big game on Sunday when we saw them as he poured in the triples.&nbsp; The Illini commit is a high level shot maker that gets it off super quick.&nbsp; Even when shots were contested closely he still rose up over them to nail the shot.&nbsp; Moves incredibly well without the ball to get open and is showcasing exactly what his role will be at the next level.&nbsp; Underrated athlete as well.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2125664' first='Malik' last='Mahmoud'] (Big 3)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Mahmoud had a breakout game against [program_tooltip program_id='2622592' first='Flight' last='Athletics'] on Saturday night as the point guard from Andrew was getting in the lane for high arcing finishes while making nice passes to his teammates.&nbsp; Also shot it well off the dribble from both mid-range and three hitting quite a few pull up jumpers.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2125600' first='Collin' last='Tierney'] (Big 3)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Tierney out of Conant is a skilled forward that is really shifty with the ball in his hands as he made several fun plays in the game we saw.&nbsp; Skilled wing who can shoot it from three, quick on the offensive glass, and efficient around the hoop all game long while also throwing down a poster dunk in a 20+ point outing.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2532341' first='Keyae' last='Lacy'] (Geek Squad)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Simeon guard had a strong game when we caught him over the weekend.&nbsp; He has excellent juice with the ball in his hands displaying blow by burst to the cup in both the half court and transition.&nbsp; Flashed some passing, athleticism on the defensive end, and is a capable shooter.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2125584' first='Angelo' last='Lazo'] (Illinois Outwork)</strong></p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Lazo went for 30 points in a loss to Geek Squad on Sunday.&nbsp; He was absolutely relentless attacking the paint putting pressure on the defense over and over again.&nbsp; Spinning layups and sweeping finishes on a regular basis.&nbsp; The Morton guard was impossible to stay in front of in this game.</p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
