Watched Lacy play last year at the end of the summer AAU season and has developed his game since then. Has sprouted a bit with the ability to play a 2, 3, or 4 dependent upon program need. Plays bigger than size. He cleans up the glass like a forward but has the hands, feet, and speed for a guard position. Had 15 in early morning game on Sunday to go along with a close double digit marker in the rebounding department. All over the court. Works well in transition. Has 3 level scoring touch. A consistent skill set.

Keyae had his team in it until the very end against a tough Breakaway Gold team. He immediately stands out with his long wing-span at 6’3, which combined with his athleticism makes him a dangerous finisher at the rim. He showed the change of speed on the ball to break defenders down off the dribble and attack the basket, but also crashed the glass hard for an impressive put-back finish. Can create separation and knock down a pull-up jumper as well. His long frame combined with agility allowed him to defend a number of spots on the floor.

Lacy brought a high-energy impact on both ends for an undefeated Geek Squad team this weekend. He was active defensively in half-court trap situations, helping generate pressure and turnovers, including coast-to-coast steals. Lacy consistently played with a burst, competing on the glass with multiple follow-up efforts, including finishing through his own misses and rising for offensive rebounds.
Offensively, he showed floor spacing ability, knocking down threes, while also attacking iwhere his athleticism stood out. He played through contact at the rim and finished above it, highlighted by a left-handed dunk in traffic. His motor, physicality, and ability to impact the game in multiple ways made him a key piece.

Combo from Simeon is a name you should keep on your radar. He makes several athletic plays in transition while doing an excellent job of changing direction with the ball. Unfazed by contact attacking the rim, where he drew a pair of fouls in his first game. I love his ability to create shots, and he made a few nice midrange shots off the dribble. An efficient two-way player throughout the opening contest I covered. A player that never loses confidence and makes a huge difference while on the floor. Transferred from De La Salle

High energy forward that is productive from different levels. Liked his demeanor from the starting tip getting on the glass and cleaning up misses. Had at least 3 offensive rebound put backs to give team spark. Couple coast to coast lay ins as well with 1 being for an And1. Ran the floor at a fast rate. Plays the post spot for team but sees the floor accordingly when possessing the ball.
