AAU Roster Spotlight: UNRNKD Hoops 17U

With rosters being finalized now is a perfect time to start taking a look at as many Indiana-based teams as we can. For this spotlight, let's take a look at UNRNKD Hoops 17U. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Top Player: [player_tooltip player_id='2140449' first='Trell' last='Hogue']<a href="https://prephoops.com/player/levi-lindeman/"></a></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>This roster is one of the most stacked rosters we have in the state and the head of the sneak for them is without [player_tooltip player_id='2140449' first='Trell' last='Hogue'] of Fort Wayne Snider. Hogue is coming off a 11.5 point per game junior season and has already started off the spring AAU season on a high note with his performance at Battle of the Brands. Hogue is well-rounded scorer that is extremely athletic off the dribble. Hogue could prove himself to be a D1 one player this summer. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Potential Breakout Player: [player_tooltip player_id='2137375' first='Carter' last='Murans']<a href="https://prephoops.com/player/carter-crum/"></a></h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>You have to really like everyone on this roster to have a breakout season and one player that has been on the rise since last summer is [player_tooltip player_id='2137375' first='Carter' last='Murans'] of Guerin Catholic. Murans is coming off a junior season for the Golden Eagles that saw him average 12.4 points and 4.6 rebounds per game. Murans is a 6.8 wing with a lot of athleticism and ability to knock down smooth shots. With great size on the perimeter and his overall skill set, a lot of colleges will take notice of him without question. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:heading --> <h2 class="wp-block-heading">Other Roster Members</h2> <!-- /wp:heading --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2850210' first='Bryce' last='Bigsbee'] (Westfield) - An under-the-radar prospect to keep an eye on for this team is [player_tooltip player_id='2850210' first='Bryce' last='Bigsbee'] of Westfield. He is a 6'1 point guard that appeared in 21 games at the varsity level last season. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2140341' first='Cash' last='Daniels'] (Carmel) - One of the top guards on this roster is [player_tooltip player_id='2140341' first='Cash' last='Daniels'] of Carmel High School. Daniels averaged 12.2 points and 5.5 assists per game as a junior. Daniels is also an Indiana Junior All-Star. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2445320' first='Isaiah' last='King'] (Garrett) - The 6'6 forward out of Garrett averaged 13.0 points and will be one of the more versatile players on this roster. He is a powerhouse of a player that is so strong in the paint. The 6'3 point guard is coming off a 20.5 ppg game junior season and will carry that momentum into the AAU season. Grissom is an athletic do-it-all type of guard. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2140417' first='Makale' last='Price'] (Penn) - One of the top players in the post for this team will be [player_tooltip player_id='2140417' first='Makale' last='Price'] from Penn High School. Price took a major leap his junior season averaging 8.6 points and 4.7 rebound per game. He is a strong post prospect that is a strong finisher and throwback type of big man. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph --> <!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2140333' first='Braylon' last='Pippins'] (Cathedral) - Another player to keep an eye out in the post for this team is Cathedral junior center [player_tooltip player_id='2140333' first='Braylon' last='Pippins']. Pippins is an above-the-rim finisher and one of the more athletic big men in the in-state 2027 class. Keep an eye on him this summer. </p> <!-- /wp:paragraph -->
