A worthy bump into the top-20, Green spent his first year in Maryland proving himself as one of the more competitive point guards in the state regardless of class. The Alabama native is tough-minded, prideful in his individual matchups and showed great balance in orchestrating games in a manner that benefited his team on that given night. It resulted in winning the Maryland Private School State title while overcoming a tough path as he led Springdale to wins over Mt. Zion Prep, DeMatha and Clinton Grace to claim the crown.

Williams was the bell cow for a Whitman group who advanced to the state championship game for the third-straight year. Although they came up short in each of the games, Williams' control and ability to dictate from the point of attack can never go unnoticed. He'll enter an important spring/summer in regards to recruiting, but will step in once again for Whitman next season as a senior and be expected to lead them back to the big stage once again and finally overcome the state title hurdle. Williams averaged a healthy stat line of 17.4 points, 5.4 rebounds, 4.0 assists and 1.3 steals per game, warranting a 5-spot boost in the rankings update to No. 32 overall.

Another prospect's stock that rose significantly due to his impact on winning was Duncan. The 6-foot-5 wing can fit multiple roles as his versatility extends over four positions at the high school level. Particularly on the defensive side where he can be a pest in passing lanes, a massive presence on the glass when he's dialed in and a threat as a weakside shot blocker, Duncan's contributions down the stretch were on the same wavelength of importance as Green's mentioned above. He was awarded All-Tournament Team for the Maryland Private School State Tournament averaging a double-double of 13.5 points and 11.5 rebounds per game with 48/67/83 shooting splits. His meteoric rise from 75 to 35 was well-deserved with his overall progression, production and skills that translate when projecting to the college level.

Jones quickly made his presence known at New Town and county-wide as one of the better forwards in the Baltimore County/City public school scene. Although the Titans saw their season come to an end at Marriotts Ridge in the regional title game, Jones put forth an All-County worthy season averaging 20 points, 10 rebounds and four blocks per game. He's a skilled four-man with potential to move out to the wing with further development. He plays with an intentional motor, athletic pop around the rim and good touch stepping away from it. Jones continues to progress up on our board and now goes from No. 67 to No. 45.

The Montgomery County Player of the Year leaps into the top-50 after a spectacular individual season where he played hero in the regional title game against Richard Montgomery as he buried the game-winning three. The lead guard averaged and impressive 25 points, seven rebounds and three steals per contest as he looks to build on the momentum further with TTO National this spring and summer. Colston is capable of putting up a crooked number in the scoring column whenever he steps on the floor and that'll remain the theme as he steps into a senior leadership role for Kennedy next winter. Colston made the jump from No. 87 to No. 47.
