Top Performers From Sectional Championship Games

Prep Hoops Indiana had wall-to-wall coverage throughout the week covering games from every corner of the state. The Dragons improved to 27-1 by defeating Charlestown 83-58 to win the Sectional 30 title. Caldwell, a University of Richmond signee, finished with 28 points and 14 rebounds in the win. Gillis scored a team-leading 22 points on Saturday night as the Cardinals defeated rival Gary West Side 57-54 in overtime avenging a loss from the regular season. Gillis and East Chicago Central will face Mishawka Marian on Saturday at Michigan City. Mays scored a game-high 24 points to lead Marquette Catholic to the upset victory.
