Similar to my previous article, I've decided to rerank the 4A field leading up to tomorrows games. In this case, all four remaining programs have been ranked in our rankings at one point.

1. Benet

It wasn't easy for the Redwings in their sectional championship against Bolingbrook. But the RedWings got it done and will face Rockford Auburn in the DeKalb SuperSectionals coming up. Big Man [player_tooltip player_id='2105376' first='Colin' last='Stack'] got it done with 14 points to lead the way. Junior Edvardas Stasys added 13 himself. Their lone loss all season came way back in November to St. Ignatius.

2. DePaul Prep

The Rams lone in-state loss this season came against Benet way back in December. They steamrolled into the SuperSectionals with four double-digit wins in a loaded field. What I loved most was seeing [player_tooltip player_id='2323334' first='AJ' last='Chambers'] and [player_tooltip player_id='2376273' first='Zion' last='Lee'] play incredibly well for them. Both are key x-factors.

3. Marist

I called the upset on Friday! The Redhawks steamrolled their way past top-seed Homewood-Flossmor to win the sectional championship. Charles Barnes has played a massive role for this squad since he transferred from De La Salle. They'll need him to come through big this weekend.

4. St. Ignatius

The Wolfpack took down Curie in an exciting matchup after trailing by as much as 14 in the game prior. Ignatius has made numerous trips to state in 3A over the past few seasons. Only York steps in the way of another trip to Champaign.

5. Peoria Richwoods

Richwoods, as a 3-seed in their sub-sectional, have found a way to get here with two impressive victories. First with three clutch free-throws against normal in the sectional semifinal. Then, making an 11-point 2nd half comeback to knock off Edwardsville. [player_tooltip player_id='2531961' first='Amarion' last='Smith-Holley'] scored 21 points in that game.

6. York

One of the best seasons in York's history was just complemented by an upset over Glenbard East in the 4A sectional. That's another game I predicted correctly, as York will face St. Ignatius in the UIC super-sectional.

7. Hersey

Hersey has been a mainstay in our rankings for quite some time. On Friday, they knocked off Fremd in double-OT for arguably the program's biggest win in school history. [player_tooltip player_id='2416503' first='Charlie' last='Pomis'] led the charge with 27 point and some clutch buckets.

8. Rockford Auburn

Third times a charm for the Knights, who knocked off Rockford Guilford in the sectional championship after losing to them twice in the regular season. Benet will be their toughest task yet. But [player_tooltip player_id='1845353' first='Amir' last='Danforth'] might be the best all-around athlete on either team in this game.

Similar to my previous article, I've decided to rerank the 4A field leading up to tomorrows games. In this case, all four remaining programs have been ranked in our rankings at one point.
