This 2026 class is almost done. Hard to believe it but we have had rankings for this class since they were Freshmen and have followed them all the way through their high school careers. There has been a TON of movement over the years with these kids in both the rankings and in their high school careers. This class has seen a ton of transfers into and out of (and often back into) the state over their careers. Let's break down the final edition of the rankings and focus on the Combo Guard position.

Dawson has been a very popular name with colleges coaches of late and it's clear why. He's got great positional size and shoots the ball at a high clip. A 40% shooter from range, Gilbert is a top shooter in the class and has become more and more comfortable operating with the ball in his hands over the course of his career.

One of the best on-ball defenders in the class, Faulkner has the physical tools to pick up a ball handler for 94 feet. He also shot just shy of 60% from the field and 40% from three in his Senior season. Jeffersontown fell short of getting back to Rupp Arena but Bryonn came back from a foot injury to finish his Senior season strong.

Carson battled injuries throughout his high school career but he ended up as one of the top guards to come through Pulaski County over the past decade or so. Fraley is a strong and physical guard who excels at getting to the rim and finishing, often through contact.

Daulton was one of my favorite players to watch over the course of his career as he plays extremely hard and shoots the ball at a high level. After averaging 17 points per game in his Senior year while shooting 45% from three, the Pikeville commit made a good case to be the regional player of the year and should be a good role player in college next season.

One of the best players that you've probably never heard of in this class, Louden averaged 25 points and 5 rebounds per game this season with 55/42/83 shooting splits and made a living at the free throw line, making over 5 per contest. Finn is a potential steal at the college level with his skill set and shot making.
