Nolin has already scored over 2,000 career points so the fact that he wasn't already in our rankings was a huge oversight. Baylor projects to be a scholarship level player in college. I don't think he's played a ton of AAU because he's also a baseball player but a big season on the grassroots circuit could go a long way for his recruiting.

Entering the rankings just outside of the top 50, Armstrong put up a respectable 11 points and 6 rebounds this season for a very solid Spencer County team that made some noise in the 8th region. Chris plays more like a traditional center than a power forward but will need to continue improving his perimeter shooting to game to reach his prospect ceiling.

Mack enrolled at North Hardin and quickly made an impact for his new home. A good shooter who put up impressive numbers this season, Terrion averaged 17 points per game while shooting over 40% from three and over 80% from the free throw line. Mack projects to be a scholarship level guard and could see his college stock and his ranking boost with a strong AAU season.

Westmoreland is one of the better athletes in the state. His future is on the football field where Larron is a 3 or 4 star DB depending on where you look. Still, the kid is just a really impressive athlete who averaged 10 points and 5 rebounds this past season and helped get J-Town within a couple of buckets of returning to Rupp Arena for the 3rd year in a row.
