AAU Team Preview: Northstar Titans 17U Stone

<p>[program_tooltip program_id='2075310' first='Northstar' last='Titans'] 17U Stone will play in 7 Prep Hoops Events this year starting with Twin Cities Takedown April 24-26th in Minneapolis and then travel to Wisconsin for the Cream City Collision May 1-3rd. May 8-10 Titans Stone will play at the Battle at the Lakes in Minneapolis and May 22-24th they'll be at Region Finals in Minneapolis. May 29-31st they'll play in the NHR State in Minnesota, 2K26 Live July 10-12th in Minneapolis and lastly in Indiana for the National Open Championship July 17-19th.</p>   <p><a href="https://www.northstartitans.org/17ustone"><strong>[program_tooltip program_id='2075310' first='Northstar' last='Titans'] 17U Stone</strong></a></p>   <p>#0 [player_tooltip player_id='2417091' first='Isiah' last='Boyer'] - Boyer is a five-foot-eleven-inch guard from Becker that averaged 16 points per game for the Bulldogs making 40.4% of his 3-pointers for the season on 89 attempts. Boyer was effective inside the arc as well shooting 48.8% for the season overall. Boyer rebounds his position grabbing 4.5 boards a game and led Becker for the season in assists per game at 5.7 a game. Boyer can play with or without the ball and attacks downhill well from the perimeter.</p>    <p>#1 [player_tooltip player_id='1819128' first='Bryce' last='Gaustad'] - Gaustad is a six-foot-eight-inch center from Anoka averaged nearly 20 points and 13 rebounds per game while blocking over 3 shots per game. Gaustad can operate on the perimeter and moves well enough with the ball off the dribble to take him off the dribble and score at the basket. Benson showcased all season his ability to shoot from the perimeter making 39.9% of his 3-pointers on 233 attempts. Benson proved to be a consistent rebounder grabbing over 7 boards per game.</p>   <p>#3 [player_tooltip player_id='2126461' first='Cal' last='Spencer'] - Spencer is a five-foot-eleven-inch guard from Spring Lake Park was the 2nd leading scorer at 13.5 points per game this past season. Spencer showcased ability to make three's in bunches when he knocked down seven against Armstrong when he scored a career and season high 38 points.</p>   <p>#5 [player_tooltip player_id='2414196' first='Grant' last='Mitchell'] - Mitchell is a six-foot-three-inch guard from Maple Grove that spent the majority of the season on JV. Mitchell had a solid number of games where he scored in the double digits for the Crimson and last season for the Titans showcased ability to make a number of 3-pointers, even making up five in games.</p>   <p>#10 [player_tooltip player_id='2402042' first='Akan' last='Berisso'] - Berisso is a six-foot guard from Maple Grove that spent most of this past season on JV for the Crimson. Berisso defends on the ball tough and offensively moves the ball quickly and generally doesn't hold on to the ball long. Berisson can get you baskets going downhill to the rim.</p>   <p>#13 Connor McDevitt - McDevitt is a six-foot-seven-inch Burnsville forward that stretches the floor as a shooter, especially as a spotted up 3-pointer shooter. In a game against Forest Lake he scored 13 points and grabbed 8 rebounds while blocking a shot and snagging a steal.</p>   <p>#34 [player_tooltip player_id='2126140' first='Zach' last='Krusemark'] - Krusemark is a six-foot-six-inch Stillwater forward that will give you incredible energy, grit and toughness upfront. Krusemark does the little things for a team like rebounding, screening and defense that don't show up in a box score.</p>
