AAU Team Preview: Minnesota Select Fuerte

<p>[program_tooltip program_id='2075685' first='Minnesota' last='Select'] Fuerte will play in a number of Prep Hoops events this spring and summer starting with Battle at the Lakes May 8-10th in Minnesota then Regional Finals May 22-24th in Minnesota as well. May 29th-31st Select Fuerte will play at NHR State 2026 in Minnesota and then 2k26 July 10th-12th in Minneapolis and finish at the National Open Championship in Indiana July 17-19th.</p>   <p>[player_tooltip player_id='1956268' first='Shay' last='Jackson'] - Jackson is a five-foot-eleven-inch point guard from Totino-Grace. Jackson on a very talented TG team found himself starting at times as the lead ball handler and offensive table setter. Jackson is a strong ball handler and is very quick with the ball in hands. Smaller framed but very competitive. Muhammad is a solid finisher at the rim and can shoot the ball from the perimeter. Muhammad operates at Richfield largely as a secondary ball handler and secondary creator. Hagler is a good perimeter shooter and has good range on his shot. Hagler spotted up can make defenses pay. Busse has made a literal leap athletically from last summer to this fall and that continued into the winter during high school play. Busse playing largely off the ball for GSL had a number of big scoring outputs in the 40s making jump shots all over the court. For the season the junior averaged 27.7 points per game and 4.7 rebounds. Duis grabbed 6.9 rebounds while collecting 1.9 steals per game. Duis plays a bit longer with his length and showed potential this winter to hit perimeter shots for Concordia Academy. </p>   <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2412724' first='Dre' last='Collins'] - Collins is a six-foot-four-inch wing from Richfield that was named All Conference POY and All Conference Defensive Team. The 2027 wing scored 19.2 points per game while shooting 57% from the floor and grabbing 7.6 rebounds. Collins is an athletic player that enables him to be a game changer on defense evidenced by his 3 steals and 1 block per game averages.</p>   <figure class="wp-block-embed is-type-rich is-provider-twitter wp-block-embed-twitter"><div class="wp-block-embed__wrapper"> https://twitter.com/streethistory/status/2036915228043104277 </div></figure>   <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2140684' first='Preston' last='Crider'] - Cider is a six-foot-six-inch forward from White Bear Lake that is a traditional big man in the front court. Crider will defend the basket and hold down the middle of the floor defensively while running the floor. Crider shows good position defense instincts in help situations and has enough length to block a shot or two in a game. Offensively has post moves on the block and as a screen cuts hard.</p>    <p>[player_tooltip player_id='2127293' first='Phillip' last='Moita'] - Moita is a six-foot-six-inch forward from Eden Prairie that makes his presence felt inside around the basket on the boards. He has a strong build and great six-foot-nine-inch wingspan that enables him to walled up on defense.
