[player_tooltip player_id='2386958' first='Isaiah' last='Gill'] Marana Mountain View (Pictured)

A quick on quick defensive point guard who keeps improving as a scorer. He consistently makes players better around him with pick and roll dimes, dump offs and bail out passes perfectly to a teammate. He will score with long euro steps, floaters, speed to the basket with his left or right, which is a different gear than most. He scored 14 points with 4+ assists.

[player_tooltip player_id='2754862' first='Anthony' last='Stokes'] Canyon View

A wing forward is an athletic defender who flies on the break. He can defend a few positions and score it in transition with ease. He keeps showing you glimpses of becoming a more consistent three point shooter and brings natural energy. He scored around 10 points in limited action.

[player_tooltip player_id='1956217' first='PJ' last='Nowlin Jr'] Canyon View

Another versatile player is that true Swiss Army Knife of the class. He can play the lead role for you but then slide over to the off guard or wing easily. He will hit the three off the catch and get hot quickly and will take it strongly to the basket. He also scored around 10 points in limited action.

[player_tooltip player_id='2834414' first='Jackson' last='Moore'] Cienega

A tough real point guard is a fierce on-ball defender and will make players better around him with advanced court vision. He is a natural downhill player who will change speeds and handle contact better than most with his stronger frame. He finished with only 5 points but had multiple assists and steals.

[player_tooltip player_id='3148576' first='Julius' last='Williams'] Westview

An undersized scoring point guard is quick on the ball to collect steals and will score. He gets out in transition, scores on put backs, hits pull-up threes, and-1's in traffic, pull-ups from mid range and he will get downhill with a quick first step. He scored 17 points.

[player_tooltip player_id='2422556' first='Henry' last='Matus'] Ironwood Ridge

A scoring guard with some size can fill it up plus is cerebral to make a play. He plays smartly off of the pick and roll game and will score with deep threes and high level mid-range pull-ups with plus elevation. He gets to his spots and finished with 11 points.

[player_tooltip player_id='3527102' first='Bobby' last='Baltierrez'] Cienega

A newcomer for me is a lefty guard/wing who is cerebral, tough and skilled. He can work inside and score with contact takes in traffic but then step out and shoot the three off the catch with a quicker trigger. He finds himself getting to the free throw line and scored 10 points.

[player_tooltip player_id='2268365' first='Kristian' last='Del Rio'] Cienega

A scoring guard who can play on or off the ball. He is a tough guard who likes getting downhill and will finish off tough, crafty takes around the basket with a nice layup package. He rebounds well in his area and has longer arms to play the passing lanes. He scored 6 points in the OT loss.

[player_tooltip player_id='3527079' first='Steven' last='Wambach'] Buena

A newcomer for me was one of the bright spots in their big loss to the West Valley program. He showed he has the skill and a little size to hang with them. He scored 17+ points with contested layups, catch threes, and-1's in traffic and he is a sneaky good passer who is a solid ball handler. I also loved the fact that even in a blowout loss he was hustling for loose balls.
