We are only 3 weeks away from the postseason but recruiting still has a long way to go, especially for the 2026 class. With their high school careers winding down, many of Kentucky's Seniors are still trying to figure out their college destinations. Here's a look at some Seniors worthy of being looked at by colleges. This does not include [player_tooltip player_id='1737528' first='Hayden' last='Shouse'] or [player_tooltip player_id='1894141' first='Tylin' last='George'] who have announced they will reclassify to the 2027 class after a post graduate season.

Kirk is having a great Senior season and has become one of the best in the class at getting to the free throw line. A slasher who can get into the paint consistently, Bray is a good enough shooter to keep defenses honest and is a good passer when he gets into the paint. An above average defender and high IQ player, Bray is a versatile and strong guard who has a very bright future.

Jayden "JJ" Washington is one of three McDonald's All American nominees in the Senior class, A volume scorer who can heat up quickly, Washington is the youngest of 3 boys who have scored a ton of points at CAL over the last several years, Jayden, like his brothers, has seen D1 offers come his way in his career. If I were a D2 in Kentucky or Ohio, I'd definitely reach out and gauge JJ's interest.

Kendall has scored a whole lot of points in his career at Wayne County. He had scored close to 1,000 points before he ever even enrolled in high school and hasn't slowed down much since. Capable of scoring from range or getting to his spots with pull-up jumpers, Phillips is an efficient scorer who can switch and guard multiple spots. Definitely a player who can make an impact at the college level.

Perhaps the best available shooter in the 26 class, Gilbert has seen several offers come his way in the past few weeks from several different levels. A sniper from range who has good size at the shooting guard spot, Dawson can get hot from deep. I've seen him hit more than 7 threes in a game at least twice over the years. Whichever level he signs at, that school will get a good player with super high character and work ethic.

Without a doubt, Nate is my biggest "sleeper" in this class. A bouncy athlete with great size, I think Coen would be more widely regarded if he were a 2027 prospect. He's super young for the class and would be a good candidate for a prep year. If he stays in the class of 2026, I wouldn't be surprised if Nate went the junior college route and emerged as a D1 target in a year or two.
