is one of the most prolific scorers in the 2026 class. Phillips is a good shooter and he also excelled at getting to the rim and converting at the free throw line. Kendall scored a whole lot of points at Wayne County and did it all very efficiently.

has knocked down 52 three-pointers this season, shooting 38.8% from deep while averaging 2.3 makes per game. He has a natural feel for scoring, capable of hitting threes in a variety of ways including, catch-and-shoot, pull-ups, and by finding the right spots on the floor. Phillips’ size, strength, and overall build add to his effectiveness on the perimeter. He consistently makes the right reads, is quick with his release, and his movement with or without the ball, along the arc makes him difficult for defenders to track and contain.

Kendall has scored a whole lot of points in his career at Wayne County. He had scored close to 1,000 points before he ever even enrolled in high school and hasn’t slowed down much since. Capable of scoring from range or getting to his spots with pull-up jumpers, Phillips is an efficient scorer who can switch and guard multiple spots. Definitely a player who can make an impact at the college level.

Kendall falls under the “really good players most people don’t know about” category. Phillips has scored a ton of points in his career at Wayne and should end is career as one of the best to ever come through Monticello. An efficient scorer who can heat up in a hurry, Kendall could end up close to 3,000 career points.

One of the best players in the 12th region for the past few seasons, Kendall has scored A LOT of points in his career at Wayne County and shows no signs of slowing down. Phillips has a smooth game and can score the ball at every level. He’s not going to blow you away with athleticism but has a very high basketball IQ and is comfortable both on and off the ball.

Phillips had a strong Junior season after a tumultuous offseason and is riding some positive momentum into the AAU season. A skilled wing who is effective scoring at all 3 levels, Kendall is on track to be one of the best scorers in the history of the 12th region. With a good frame and the ability to finish at the rim, Phillips is a top sleeper prospect in the state.

Phillips is a knockdown shooter. He runs the floor hard in transition and relocates off ball. His quick release and deep range leaves defenders with little time to contest. If the defense is able to take away his shot, he can score efficiently inside.

. Phillips is a natural scorer who can put the ball in the bucket. I thought his passing ability was also on full display with this team, setting the table for his teammates. After a slow first half scoring the basketball, Phillips came alive in the second half as he continues to get comfortable with a new team. If the pieces gel the right way, Pulaski County should win a lot of games next season with a strong 2025 and 2026 core.

I caught Phillips last summer when he was with Midwest Basketball Club 3SSB 15 U but this was my first time getting to watch him play since last July. Phillips looked like he had grown an inch and continued to fill out strength wise. A very talented small town scorer, Phillips was aggressive taking 3-pointers with a quick release off the catch. Also in attack mode off the bounce, Phillips wanted to get into the paint and use his body on drives. A limited vertical athlete, Phillips best bet at the rim is to play off two feet and create contact with the defender to prevent the defense from getting a clear jumping lane to contest his shot. I also thought Phillips made the right pass when help defense came and in two on one transition situations.

Another player who is cruising towards a 3,000+ point career, Phillips is a versatile bucket getter that plays the wing but can also go in the post and score against undersized players.
