Jayden “JJ” Washington is one of three McDonald’s All American nominees in the Senior class, A volume scorer who can heat up quickly, Washington is the youngest of 3 boys who have scored a ton of points at CAL over the last several years, Jayden, like his brothers, has seen D1 offers come his way in his career. If I were a D2 in Kentucky or Ohio, I’d definitely reach out and gauge JJ’s interest.

The youngest of the Washington brothers, Jayden goes up from 37th to 22nd in this update thanks to his strong start to his Sophomore season. Jayden is not a lights out shooter like his older brothers just yet but the potential is there for the youngest Washington to be a break out guard in Louisville over the back half of the season.

Jayden is a player whose impact on the 2023-24 season remains to be seen. The youngest of the three Washington boys, there is some pressure on Jayden to stack up with D1 older brothers George (Michigan freshman) and BB (Florida Gulf Coast commit). I’ve not seen Washington play yet but it’s probably a safe assumption that he can shoot the ball well.
