Each week during the high school season, Prep Hoops Wisconsin and Zaleski Sports will select boys' basketball teams of the week across the WIAA's five divisions. Here are this week's honored squads.
DIVISION 1 ... BELOIT MEMORIAL
Beloit Memorial won a pair of games last week and stayed one game behind Waterford in the Southern Lakes Conference standings heading into the rematch at Barkin Arena on February 13. The Knights opened the week with a big non-league win over nearby Hononegah, Illinois. The senior guard trio of

and Treviaun Jordan led the way versus Hononegah. Hereford had 36 points, 10 rebounds, four assists and four steals, Hodges added 22 points, six rebounds, four assists and four steals, and Jordan contributed 12 points, seven rebounds, three assists and three steals. On Friday, Beloit Memorial posted an 89-80 win at Lake Geneva Badger. Hereford led the way with 44 points and in the process surpassed 2,000 points for his four-year career. He also had seven rebounds, five assists and five steals in the contest. Hodges added 26 points, six rebounds, three assists and four steals while Jordan pitched in 13 points, seven rebounds, three assists and three steals.
DIVISION 2 ... NEW BERLIN WEST
It was a pretty darn impressive week for New Berlin West as the Vikings posted three wins, including big Woodland West Conference triumphs over Greendale and rival New Berlin Eisenhower. For good measure, New Berlin West played an outstanding game in turning back Niles North 69-50 in the Wisconsin vs. Illinois Border Battle. Junior

DIVISION 3 ...LAKE MILLS
One of the state's top teams and programs, Lake Mills won three contests last week to improve to 14-1 on the season. The L-Cats beat Beloit Turner in a non-league game to open the week, registering a 66-64 triumph in overtime.

Black River Falls, Osseo-Fairchild and Stanley-Boyd became the latest victims of the strong basketball squad at Fall Creek as the Crickets defeated all three opponents last week to improve to 12-2. Emerging junior forward
