Hoops Against Hate Showcase: Combo Guards to Watch

<!-- wp:paragraph --> <p>Glenbrook South played host to the inaugural Hoops Against Hate Showcase on Saturday. The shootout featured 4 games from the school's athletic dome in Glenview. I was able to catch games 2, 3, and 4. There were plenty of players at this event who have already committed to their respective schools in college. In this sequence of articles covering the shootout, we'll take a look at uncommitted prospects per position. Controlled and poised ball handler with a quick feel. Edgy first step to beat on ball defender to spots. Gets to his locations in 1v1 scenarios. Balanced evenly in the lane after drawing plus defenders. Has good rise on jumper during mid range game. Active mover off the ball. Saw him play a couple times this summer and game is continuing to mature. Moving off the ball with greater intention and competitiveness. Utilizes length in different phases. Efficiently finishing at the rim. 2 And1's with another tough take in traffic. Knocked down a smooth mid range jumper as well.
