Tchiegne filled more of a primary handlers’ role this weekend for a newer look and talented Redwing squad. His length and size at that position will be more than worthy to take a deeper look at for college coaches going into his senior campaign. He is deceptively smooth with the rock and will get his fair share of paint touches when driving to make defenses collapse. His handle is crafty at times and Techiegne can create mismatches from inside and out. He showed that by posting up on the block to make a move. He went crab dribble middle after catching it to turn and convert and then went spin move off defenders shoulder for another quick bucket. Utilizes his length in multiple phases and can certainly finish above the rim as well.

Huge PHI favorite who has been ranked well before many knew about him.  Now it is his turn to take over the lead ball handling duties at Benet.  His passing was on point consistently throughout the event diming up Stasys along with finding his spot up shooters after getting dribble penetration.  Gets paint touches on slick drives where he made plays for himself with soft touch finishes along with maneuvering his body for finishes.  High level perimeter defender that locked down one of the best metro east prospects in state.

His productivity might be a little below some of the seniors on this squad. But this is another top-25 prospect in this class that Benet fans should be excited about. It will be exciting to watch his role increase with the Redwings this summer. 13 points in the sectional championship against Bolingbrook.

Lefty combo guard with more ceiling to go. Saw him play a couple times this summer and game is continuing to mature. Moving off the ball with greater intention and competitiveness. Utilizes length in different phases. Efficiently finishing at the rim. 2 And1’s with another tough take in traffic. Knocked down a smooth mid range jumper as well. Intriguing prospect that could be a 1 to 3 dependent upon system.
