[player_tooltip player_id='2380768' first='Jamir' last='Davis'] (Soph). The number one thing people point to is the quickness off the feet and the vertical bounce because that is such a big separator and it makes sense. But, Davis is also a strong sophomore which really helps him be a strong finisher taking contact and continuing to explode through the finish (dunk or lay-up). We also saw some defensive playmaking instincts with the passing lane jumps and the quick hands. His first three was made early in the second half and the form on the jumper is pretty solid as well. Davis hit two early half threes, had an And1, and a lob finish early in half two that put EP up double figures. Scored a game high 27 points.

[player_tooltip player_id='2119596' first='Cooper' last='Fahning'] (Sr). Cooper is still a guy high on my radar for the next level. At about 6'7/6'8 he moves his feet really, really well defensively cutting off the Farmington guards on ball screens regularly. He uses his length well to distract, track, deflect, contest and black. Cooper is also a very good passer (outlet and in half court) and he uses his shoulder to balance and finish well around the basket. I still think he is a player that could help a D2, he could be really good at a top NAIA, and he would excel for a good MIAC. Has a clever one hander around the basket he used a few times as well to score. Also hit a huge three to put EP up 18 points with five minutes to go.

[player_tooltip player_id='2842007' first='Hassan' last='Kakay'] (Soph). The box score may not show a huge total but I though Hassan's impact on the game was quality. Made the right pass regularly, his few attacks opened spaced, defended well and really played a smart, steady game for his team as opposed to being a young player trying to make all or nothing plays. Kakay really helped this team with Yusuf out, steady and smart showing. Hassan and [player_tooltip player_id='1560877' first='Grant' last='Sprute'] did a great job in their roles.

[player_tooltip player_id='2137323' first='Carter' last='Pulrang'] (Jr). Carter was moved into starting point guard duty and he did the job to earn his team the win. Also hit two huge threes in the second half when EP made their run to separate from the Tigers forcing Farmington to play from behind five/six scores for a while. Scored 17 for the game.

[player_tooltip player_id='2848521' first='Tyler' last='Chapek'] (Soph). A 6'6 forward that caught my eye initially with the balanced finish on the move getting to mid-lane and touching in a make. Moves well, seems skilled on first impression, a player to keep a good eye on.

Farmington

[player_tooltip player_id='2175464' first='Kale' last='Flees'] (Sr). Flees is 6'3 and 195, one of several physical Tiger players that used their size well. His attacks against wings are a combo of that strength and skill, Flees is also a very good passer in the Tiger offense. His perimeter jumper was big tonight though especially late as Farmington made a comeback from 18 down. Flees hit two crucial threes on his way to 19 points.

[player_tooltip player_id='2381974' first='Blake' last='Johnson'] (Sr). At 6'2 and 185 pounds I really like the toughness of Johnson. Took an early charge, was able to move his feet and really do a nice job pressuring the Eagles ball handlers who were without [player_tooltip player_id='1560851' first='Hamze' last='Yusuf'], and he used his physicality to knock attacking players off their line when they tried to get into him to get separation. Johnson also hit some key perimeter jumpers but I was really impressed how difficult he made each pass above the arc defensively. Hit some threes in the second half scoring a dozen points.

[player_tooltip player_id='2126447' first='Briggs' last='Sheridan'] (Jr). When you look at the first half scores it tells you exactly why we think Briggs will be a division one potential recruit at some point. At 6'9/6'10 Briggs has the type of face-up game with a touch that D1 schools like and you saw it from Sheridan hitting the three, scoring a mid-range jumper after a dribble, and catching to make the long jumper with feet set after ball movement. Had 11 points for the game,.
