<p><strong>Theodore Roosevelt defeated Dunbar 60-46</strong>. Leading the way for the Rough Riders was led by <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2682525' first='Sean' last='Hall']</strong> a 6-3 senior who led the balance scoring with 15 points on. Also playing a major role for Roosevelt was junior lead guard <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2722735' first='Gabe' last='Hudgens']</strong> scored 11 points and dished out 4 assists, and 6-4 sophomore sensation <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2524398' first='Elijah' last='Hall']</strong> finish the game with 11 points. Playing well for Dunbar was 6-4 senior guard <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2992610' first='Radley' last='Strong']</strong> with 16 points and <strong>[player_tooltip player_id='3352309' first='Aden' last='Brown']</strong> the 6-5 sophomore finish the game with 16 points.</p>

<p><strong>Jackson Reed defeated Calvin Coolidge 72-52</strong>. Leading the way for Jackson Reed was [player_tooltip player_id='2327613' first='Averi' last='Knight'] the 5-10 junior finished the game with 29 points. The Colts just didn't have any answers for the super quick guard who impacted the game on both ends of the floor. 6-1 Sophomore shooting guard [player_tooltip player_id='2876205' first='James' last='Walker'] follow-up with a 21point performance.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2682525' first='Sean' last='Hall'] (6-3, WF, 2026) Theodore Roosevelt</strong>. Scored 24 points on 7-10 from the field 1-1 from the 3pt line. Filled the stat sheet up with 8 rebounds, 2 steals, and 1 block. Sean has been a “ROCK” for the Rough Riders all year. Whenever they needed him, he answered the bell night in and night out.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2524398' first='Elijah' last='Hall'] (6-4, 2/1G, 2028) Theodore Roosevelt 2028</strong>. Smooth Rangy Combo Guard continues to show he is one of the top prospects in the 2028 class in the DMV. Elijah throughout the 3 games in the playoffs he provided an impact on the floor when he wasn't scoring. He was using his length to defend and play the passing lanes. Elijah finishes the game with 18 points on 6-12 from the field and 4-6 from the 3pt line. Also, chip in with 5 rebounds, 1 assist and 1 block.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2722735' first='Gabe' last='Hudgens'] (6-0, PG, 2027) Theodore Roosevelt</strong>. Scored 13 points on 3-8 from the field and 0-4 from the 3pt line. Gabe's floor game and the defense he played on Averi was instrumental in the Rough Riders championship run. Gabe also filled up the stat sheet dishing out 5 assists, pulling down 5 rebounds, 2 blocks and 1 steal.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2876205' first='James' last='Walker'] (6-1, 2/1G, 2028), Jackson Reed</strong>. Scored 29 points on 11-19 from the field and 6-14 from the 3pt line. James is one of the sophomores that's under the radar. But he showed in this playoff. He is going to be a prospect to keep an eye going forward. A have watched James play at Deal Middle along with [player_tooltip player_id='2524398' first='Elijah' last='Hall'] it's good to see the DCIAA schools are getting some of the top players in the DCIAA Middle School ranks.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2623334' first='Lane' last='Mahan'] (6-4, 2027, SG) Jackson Reed</strong>. Scored 10 points on 3-14 from the field and 0-4 from the 3pt line. Lane has been one of the most consistent shooters in the area. Roosevelt length and athleticism provided a challenge for Lane the 2<sup>nd</sup> time around.</p>

<p><strong>[player_tooltip player_id='2327613' first='Averi' last='Knight'] (5-10, 2027, PG)</strong> scored 11 points (5-18 FG, 2-7 3PT) for Jackson Reed. As a transfer from The Maret School, he's been a consistent scorer and is expected to help lead the Tigers' title run next year.</p>
