In a new location, Salisbery has continued to emerge as a sophomore as one of the more dynamic backcourt talents in the class. Playing for his dad, former pro and McCaskey legend Dustin Salisbery, in his first year as coach, the Conestoga Valley transfer has averaged over 24 points a game for a young Red Tornado team. He's a gifted shot-creator, using his handle and twitchy athleticism to create space at each level of the floor with the requisite shotmaking touch to capitalize. Salisbery is continuing to grow into the lead guard position, with flashes as a playmaker for others but still work to be done on his shot selection and ball security. As one of the younger prospects in the class, he also looks to still be in the process of blossoming physically and athletically. He has the raw talent to rise even further in the rankings with continued refinement.

The second-leading scorer in the entire district, Sallie has arrived as a bona fide star after a standout freshman year. He recently crossed the 1,000-point plateau and despite facing consistent double teams and ball denials, is averaging north of 29 points per game. Sallie looks to be one of the elite shooters in his class across the region, if not the country, with a lightning-quick release and effortless range flowing into 3's off the catch or dribble. He shows increasing flashes as a ballhandler and passer as well with the potential to mature into a modern lead guard over time. Sallie has the upside to rise from here if he's able to blossom physically and refine his on-ball package, but is looking increasingly like a surefire D1 prospect no matter what.

Despite the Hanna's struggles as a team, Sloane-Marks has built on a standout freshman year while continuing to show promising indicators as a long-term prospect. A hard-playing lefty swing forward, he operates from all over the floor in the halfcourt as a scrappy finisher inside, intuitive passer facing the basket, and increasingly consistent shooter from the perimeter. He shows flashes as a ballhandler both as a slasher in the halfcourt and attacking in transition. Sloane-Marks separates himself with his length and motor, regularly hauling in double-figure rebounds and making momentum-swinging plays on the defensive end. He's still a bit raw in his skillset but has the clear foundation to blossom into a D1 prospect over time.

After starring as a freshman at nearby Bishop McDevitt, Arp has had no problem hitting the ground running at Harrisburg. A well-built jumbo guard, he's a dynamic playmaker off the bounce with a shifty handle to create space and the ability to convert tough shots from all over the floor. He shows flashes of advanced vision as a passer and is willing to mix it up defensively and on the glass as well. Also a standout on the football field, Arp's talent presents upside for the D1 level if he decides to focus fulltime on hoops.

A sleeper hiding in Class 1A for a team looking to make district and state playoff runs, Slaughter has continued to emerge after a promising freshman season for the Greyhounds. He stands out immediately with his blossoming size and length for the backcourt, combining with fluid athleticism and budding explosiveness to make for an alluring overall physical package. Slaughter is a slithery driver and finisher when attacking downhill, and he shines in transition both filling the lane and pushing the break himself. His upside almost certainly lies at the D1 level if he's able to grow as a shooter and get more battle-tested against opponents who can challenge him athletically.
