Collier is the kind of offensive punch Denver East will need if they want to make noise down the stretch. At 7–8, they need another closer, and Collier has proven he can be exactly that. Averaging 20.2 points and 3.9 assists, he carries a scoring load that defenses must game plan for every night. He's been on a heater lately, topping 20 points in nine games and exploding for a season high 39, showing his ability to completely swing momentum. His shooting from deep stretches the floor and his confidence pulling up keeps defenders off balance. Add in his handle and shot creation, and Collier gives East a reliable go to option when games tighten and possessions matter most

Powell may have missed a couple games early, but since returning he's re-established himself as the steady leader behind Severance's 13–3 start. Averaging 18.1 points and 3.5 assists, he brings control and confidence to every possession. As a true point guard, he dictates pace, understands game flow and consistently puts himself and teammates in the right spots. His vision allows him to read defenses and create quality looks, while his shot creation keeps opponents honest and prevents them from keying on any one option. Powell is patient yet aggressive, getting to his spots and making the right play at the right time. Down the stretch his ability to manage games, make smart decisions and lead with composure is exactly what Severance will lean on in meaningful moments

Lang has been a perfect second option for undefeated 15–0 Montezuma-Cortez, impacting the game in far more ways than just scoring. He fills the stat sheet every night with 16.3 points, 3.2 assists, 2.6 rebounds and 2.7 steals showing his all around value. As a shooter he understands spacing and uses his gravity and clean technique to create quality looks for himself and his teammates. Defenses can't relax when he's on the floor, and that opens everything up within the offense. Beyond the numbers, Lang is a tough nosed competitor who brings consistent energy and physical defense. His ability to knock down shots, make winning plays and guard at a high level makes Montezuma-Cortez even harder to deal with as they continue their unbeaten run

Richardson has stepped into a bigger role of late for 10–4 George Washington and has made the most of his opportunities, providing quality minutes off the bench. The 6'4” guard brings a strong physical presence that creates matchup problems for opposing guards, especially when he's attacking downhill. His quick first step paired with strength allows him to get by defenders and put pressure on the defense. Once he gets inside he's comfortable operating in the mid range, where he shows good touch and control. Richardson's ability to come in, change pace and give consistent production adds important depth for George Washington. As the season moves along, his emergence gives the Patriots another reliable option who can impact the game without needing high usage

Orji has carved out a meaningful role of late for 9–4 Jefferson Academy, giving them a reliable presence in the frontcourt. At 6'3”, he uses his length well to create space and separation on the block, making him tough to guard in one on one situations. He does solid work on the glass, rebounds his area and brings consistent effort on the defensive end. Orji also shows good hands around the rim, finishing plays and converting tough catches into points. His physicality and willingness to do the dirty work add balance to Jefferson Academy's lineup, and his continued growth gives them another dependable option as they push deeper into the season
