Emerging as the top sophomore in the Salem area, Munns has elevated his game in 2025-26. The hard-nosed 6-foot-1 guard is by far West Salem's top offensive threat, capable of scoring at all three levels and getting to the free throw line. His no nonsense style attitude has fit right into the Titans physical and defense-oriented style of play.

Elevating himself into a starting role this season at Gresham has been Foster, who has developed from being just a lights out shooter to running the point guard. Offensively, his tear-drop floater in the lane has also become a weapon but when he's hot from the outside, there are very few in the state who can cool him down.

Rapidly moving up the rankings is Onishchenko, who was gone from a swing JV player last year at Central Catholic to entering the starting lineup at Nelson. The 6-foot-6 forward runs the floor well, has a nice-looking face-up jumper, the ability to create off the dribble, and has improved with his ability finish strong at the hoop.

Last year Mitchell was a virtual unknown playing on Putnam's lower lever squads, but in 2025-26 he's a starter for Centennial. The sophomore stands every inch of his 6-foot-10 listed height, and his length allows him to be a rebounding and shot-blocking threat. Mitchell runs the floor as well as a guard and with improved confidence offensively, will put up more big offensive numbers as he develops.

He may not be as much of an offensive go-to guy at Benson this season as he was his freshman campaign, but that's been just fine with Niko who has the diverse game to be an offensive contributor just as much with his passing as with his scoring. With his strong 6-foot-2 frame and his ability to create from the perimeter, he still stands as a matchup nightmare for most defenders.
