A big, physical, tough nosed presence, he always seems to be around the play and influencing the game. Averaging 10.6 points and 9.7 rebounds, he's extremely effective in the paint, using strong technique and sound footwork to carve out space and establish deep post position. He plays with force, finishes through contact and consistently wins the battle on the boards. He is on the rise due to his physicality and reliable post presence make him a constant problem for opponents     Hayward has become a huge part of Palisade's success, and what makes him special and rising in the rankings is his consistency. Night after night, he delivers efficient production, averaging 10.8 points, 3.1 rebounds and 3 assists. He scores from all three levels and is knocking down shots at over 50 percent, including from the free throw line. His strong ball control, vision and ability to get open keep the offense flowing. Defensively he brings energy on the perimeter, uses his range to disrupt passing lanes and turns steals into quick points.
