Womack has proven to be one of North Carolina's top shooters regardless of class with the work that he's put in at West Charlotte this season. He's showcased his feel for the game and outside touch with consistency while helping lead the charge for West Charlotte who's sitting at 14-2 on the season. Womack is averaging 18.5 Points, 4.0 Rebounds, and 2.2 Assists on 44/42/76 splits. He and [player_tooltip player_id='2619645' first='Kaharri' last='Coleman'] (who we will feature really soon) make up one of the top 2028 backcourt duo's in the country right now. Womack's shooting touch, positional size, and feel for the game all translate. As he continues to get bigger, faster, and stronger, expect him to start to rise up the rankings both within the State and Nationally.

Miller has been a truly consistent producer for one of the State's top teams all season long. On a really balanced roster, Miller's ability to manage the game for his team while providing excellent supplemental production is vital to their success. Sitting at 22-2 and 7-0 in conference play, Concord Academy has been at or near the top of the rankings within the state all season long. Cruz is averaging 8.3 Points, 2.8 Rebounds. 2.3 Assists, and 1.5 Steals per game on 45/25/72 splits. Miller's ability to use his change of pace to create angles for himself to get a bucket or find a teammate really helps generate quality looks for himself and others on the floor. He's a high quality on ball defender with the ability to disrupt opposing ball handlers and make plays in transition. Miller will be a guard to watch in NC for years to come and should take a big jump as an upperclassmen at Concord over the next couple of years.

Juergens will be a considerable rise in the rankings when we update really soon because his ability to play amongst other high level players and consistently make winning plays is super valuable to this Greensboro Day team. The Bengals are 28-2 on the season with an incredibly balanced attack. Juergens is a huge part of that as he's consistently in double figure scoring and impacting winning with his effort on the glass or as a connecting piece on the offensive end. There's a certain baseline understanding of the game that you have to possess to be in the rotation for Freddy Johnson and Juergens possesses all of the necessary tools. He's a great shooter from deep off the catch, can attack a closeout and really rise above the rim, all while staying with himself and playing an efficient brand of hoops. Juergens will be a hot commodity and is a true high level piece at the next level.

Cauthen has come to Reidsville and provided a really high quality backcourt option alongside [player_tooltip player_id='1716474' first='Dionte' last='Neal']. Cauthen's ability to heat up from the outside, attack the rim with purpose, and be a secondary creator is incredibly valuable to this teams success. Reidsville is 12-1 and 6-0 in conference with Cauthen averaging 22.6 Points, 8.7 Rebounds, 5.5 Assists, and 4.7 Steals on 59/36/71 splits. He's the definitive second option next to Neal and has really embraced that role with the way that he's played. He's showing that he can be impactful on or off the ball, a true weapon while providing pressure defensively, and he's proving to be a real winner alongside one of the best winners we've seen in a long time. Cauthen should still continue to get more and more attention in the coming years.

[player_tooltip player_id='3445620' first='Rob' last='Beasley'] is going to be one of the fastest risers in NC's 2028 class with his ability to flat out score the basketball at an elite level. In a game Vs Reidsville at the HoopState Small Town Showcase, Beasley erupted for 27 Points with the vast majority coming in the first half as he did whatever possible to keep his team in the game. With a young core, this Hibriten team is starting to win more and more games largely because of the efforts from Beasley. Hibriten is 9-8 with a 5-3 record in league play. Beasley is averaging 18.5 Points, 2.3 Rebounds, and 1.8 Assists thru the 12 games that have been statted so far. I fully expect that number to rise as they continue to update. Beasley is a tough shot maker with the ability to play through contact at the rim. He's probably embraced the weight room more than any other 2028 guard in NC and it's paying real dividends. Beasley looks the part of a D1 guard early.
